Great stock, helpful staff
Very clearly set out stock, staff initially left me to browse which I appreciated and were very helpful in providing information I needed including looking up stock availability and providing me with what I wanted to buy.

The staff at the Watford branch have been so helpful from the minute I enquired about the crockery set I wanted to them arranging delivery of the items, checking to see when it will be delivered and even helping to replace faulty items in store.

My latest visit to Pro Cook in Watford…
My latest visit to Pro Cook in Watford was only a few days before Christmas 2024 and so as you would expect it was rather busy, but the staff were still friendly and helpful.
Personally I prefer to shop "in store" rather than "on line" and this shop provides a good/ efficient experience and the prices/ quality of products are very reasonable too.
