Terrible! The pictures don’t look anything like me, they’re completely unusable. I submitted the same pictures to another site and they were much better. I asked for refund and they said no. Stay away or you’ll regret the purchase.

Not perfect, but honestly I definitely see myself in these. Also I have tested all other tools and this was by FAR the best one. Even aragorn and betterpic which are larger werent nearly as good. That’s rare for AI!

I have used an AI headshot photo service before so going into the use of Profile Bakery I had realistic expectations. I thought I would use this service as it seemed to be well-reviewed and similar to what I've used in the past. I wanted additional photos as I have 2 different websites, plus I need photos for work. Never did I expect to receive the photos I got back or the terrible customer service I experienced.

When I received my order I immediately sent an email to them and I stated: I received my order this evening, which consisted of 152 headshot photos.I am at a loss to understand how or why I was sent a mess like the one I received. Never, I mean never ever did I expect to receive what I was just sent. I am absolutely horrified with the result.

I continued on with:
I thought that I would receive the number of photos listed in the package price, along with the additional photos I paid for as an upgrade. I also paid for additional CV templates. Included with the base price were LinkedIn profile banners.
I told them:
The first items I received were the LinkedIn profile banners and the CV templates. These were the cheapest and most basic banners and forms I could ever imagine. In fact, I conducted an internet search and found most of them. Neither was helpful for my career.
Then I got into the issue:
Now as to these “headshot photos” – where do I begin? I requested business photos. At least 60% of the photos have a silver grey background. How is that business?
Next, the clothing I was put in was beyond hideous and the fact I was so badly portrayed in many of these photos, from wrong angles to poorly fit clothes, almost makes it feel as if this was done intentionally. I cannot imagine anyone would look at the clothes matched to me and think “oh good job”.

They would reply back to me and act innocent, saying: Oh what's wrong? And this is still going on, almost 2 weeks later!!

So I have been telling them:
The many, many issues include, but are not limited to the following:
SHOCKINGLY bad facial depictions
SHOCKINGLY bad facial proportions
SHOCKINGLY bad body proportions
SHOCKINGLY bad and DISTASTEFUL clothing choices
SHOCKINGLY fake looking facial features
SHOCKINGLY fake insertion of my face and/or body onto backgrounds

MISREPRESENTATION of what I was to receive: Remember I specifically requested BUSINESS attire, not a “silver/grey” background.

Then I'll get asked again: Now what's wrong? So I will summarize it:
Ill-fitting clothes
Poor clothes choices
Distorted facial features
Backgrounds that are not business in nature
Backgrounds that are unrealistic

I indicated the solution was simple:
Put me in proper settings: Business office, library, business building. Put me in clothes that appear to fit and appear well cared for. Don’t make my face look distorted or like an AI robot.

I told them: What I received looks like something a grade school kid has done with free online software. It appears you meant to mislead me. It appears you had no intention of providing me the high-quality photos promised.

Nothing has been resolved!!! They refuse to take ownership of their poor work.

Beworben wird, dass man die Bilder in 2–3 Stunden erhält. Nach vier Tagen ist noch immer keine Dienstleistung erbracht worden. Auf Anrufe und E-Mails erfolgt keinerlei Reaktion.

Kinda does it's job, but customer service is slow and not helpful.

I would have given it a 3 for it's price/quality ratio, but the UI for completing the order is poorly done and quite misleading (intentioonally?). For some reason if you pay extra for multiple styles you can not select all the styles you want in a single step - you are allowed to pick one, and a few steps later after cycling through a mix of free and extra charge options you are asked if you want more styles (go figure if that is a part of the plan you selected, i.e. free or not?).

The other bizarre thing is that even if you contact them after the photos were generated, explain your confusion and ask to redo the picture by selecting the styles you wanted all along and paid extra for, you will NOT be allowed to do that. They will however allow you to do a rerun by uploading a different set of photos but only with the same parameters...

UPD: I have just tested some of the photos by actually setting them as profile pictures on LinkedIn and at 450px (the maximum size that LinkedIn displays profile pictures at) the blur areas around the neck where face was stitched with body are painfully visible.

Wegen der Jobsuche benötigte ich neue Bewerbungsfotos. Bei der Suche im Internet nach einem passenden Fotografen bin ich auf Profilebabery gestoßen und dachte ich probiere es mal aus, da der angebotene Preis gut war. Bei der Auswahl konnte ich ein paar Grundeinstellungen machen wie Körperform etc. mehrere Bilder von mir hochladen. Einige Stunden später kam das Ergebnis und für € 29,00 sehr brauchbar. Allerdings auch einige zu künstlich. Es gibt noch ein Nachbearbeitungstool allerdings in Englisch. und bin damitnicht so zurecht gekommen. Hatte aber ja meine Bilder für die Bewerbung.

I placed an order for headshots with Profile Bakery based on positive reviews and their website states a 2-hour turnaround. It has now been over 20 hours, and I have not received the images. I double-checked my email (including the junk folder), and the confirmation email/receipt came through instantly, so I know my email address was correctly entered.

I reached out to their support immediately after the delay and have not received any response. The lack of communication is disappointing, especially as I needed the photos for a time-sensitive application. I paid AUD $40 and now have nothing to show for it.

Very frustrating experience — I would not recommend this service based on the lack of delivery and customer support.

I submitted about 6 pictures and received 20 pictures. The pictures were great, most of them looked like me but there were several that didn't look like me and some of the ones that looked like me added more wrinkles than I actually have. There were about 3 or 4 that were good enough to use for my profile picture and my professional photo. Also much cheaper than a professional photographer!

Leichte und unkomplizierte Handhabung und tolle Bilder. Ich habe nicht damit gerechnet, dass das Ergebnis so gut wird.

Really great experience, easy to use, happy with the results, got 45 pictures and didn't like 2, I think this is such an impressive result! Would highly recommend.

Auch wenn nicht alle Fotos direkt passen, kann man sie nachträglich über ein Tool anpassen. Ich bin begeistert. Der größte Pluspunkt ist, dass die Fotos (so es denn stimmt) nicht weiterverwendet werden seitens des Unternehmens oder andere.

Preis-Leistung und Liefergeschwindigkeit sowie eine wirklich gute KI, die das vorhandene Bildmaterial in tolle neue Bilder umsetzt.

My pictures came out uglier than I actually am. So they are useless, wasted $25, and did not even download the pictures.
