Great Service
I ordered a projector and screen and expected both to arrive a few days later. I was pleasantly surprised when both arrived the next day.
They certainly know and understand what they sell.
The only issue I have is that I’m trying to install EasyMP Slide Converter to go with the Epson projector. It should make it possible to run a Powerpoint presentation without a PC. It’s on a CD that came with the projector but my PC like most PC’s don’t have a CD drive these days. I’m now hoping Epson can find a link to the software.

I spoke to two different sales people at Just Projectors..... compared to other retail high street chain stores who just read out the spec sheet... the guys at Just Projectors know their products.

I just want to say thank you.!
I just want to say thank you to Russ and Peter at Just Projectors for helping to guide us to the right projector for our situation. Lockdown came in the middle of our deliberations and so the project was protracted, but we got there in the end.
New projector and screen were successfully installed, and now that we have a new PC giving us an HDMI feed to the projector we are seeing the results that we were looking for.
Thanks again guys for your expertise and patience.!

I have carried out an investigation in the claim that we have not kept within our agreed delivery time window
I can confirm you ordered on the 13/9 and the goods were delivered today at 12:18 to the address you gave us, which was a social club.
As per our website we calculate these days as working days and therefore today is the 10th day.
We did had communication with you on Friday and explained that it will be with you early this week and we were under the impression that you were happy with that and just wanted us to put it in writing.
Mel sent the email at 13:33 on 24/9
So therefore Colin in this instance I do believe we did meet our timescales promised. We do usually deliver earlier where possible but as this item comes directly from Europe and there are pressures on the courier services which is well documented at the moment this is probably the reason it took to the 10th day rather than earlier.
