Excellent online advice
I had to order a projector for an educational event and had very little knowledge besides what I had previously ordered. I used the online chat facility and Keith was able to provide me with multiple options and advice. Really know there stuff, plenty of options, listen to their customers and great prices too. What more could you ask for?

Wonderful service! I had to source a projector for a theatre project that I am involved in. I know absolutely zero about this kind of equipment. I rang up, got through straight away, and was able to speak to a very helpful person. I just outlined our project and he explained what I would need and provided a list of possible suitable machines, at varying prices and with notes as to the pros and cons of each. There was no hard sell and I was assured that I would be able to return any purchase if necessary. In the event, the projector we got was perfect for the job. It also got to us very quickly. Cannot fault this company at all.

Excellent price vs competitors
Excellent price vs competitors but unable to fulfil order as it was the last one on system and they could not find it in the warehouse. However very prompt at telling me this, suggested alternatives (which unfortunately I did not want) and refunded quickly.

Digital projector for personal use
I needed a projector for giving wildlife photographic slide shows with birdsong included, and the Epson projector is ideal. It is easy to set up and connect to the laptop, very bright and sharp and the sound is more than adequate.
The ordering was easy and delivery very prompt.

Good sales service, very poor customer service after.
Sales process was smooth and delivery was quick. Customer service after purchase was extremely poor. I had spent over £6k on projectors and they refused to accept a return of one to swap for another unit, even if I paid postage costs. Seems you get good sales service and nothing else.
*UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE* I have removed my comment that emails were repeatedly ignored. One email was ignored 6 days ago and I had to chase through online agent.
You are correct in saying that I wrote the review because you refused to accept the return or swap of a product I had purchased 5 days previous. This, in my opinion, is poor customer service and had I not been a business purchaser my rights would have been different.

Hi Phil. I can understand your frustration that we were unable to take the goods back that we specially ordered for you.
You ordered 5 high end Epson projectors which we have no run rate for. We even asked the distributor and the manufacturer to assist but they refused to accept them back.
I understand from your comments that you state that your emails were also repeatedly ignored. I have carried out a full investigation into the communication we received and the responses we sent
Keith 15/2 10:18 received a call on the 15/2/2022 at 10:18 requesting a return of 2 projectors.
Customer services responded to you on the 15/2 at 10.27 giving you a problem log number and a comment we would get to you within 24hrs
16/2 12.36 Customer services responded stating we could not accept the item back
16/2 13:00 you asked us to reconsider
16/2 16:01 Customer services asked the disti's and manufacturers and then replied with a fuller email going into the reason in detail why we couldn't accept it back
16/2 16:42 you replied you were disappointed
No further emails were received regarding the return.
We did receive an email for a copy invoice which we have requested accounts send to you.
I therefore do not accept we did not provide good customer service, I think the fact we said no is the reason for the review, rather than service levels. I believe our response times were very quick and you got the replies as you responded back to us.
Delivery and packing was Ist class…
Delivery and packing was Ist class which kept the screen in perfect condition.
Instructions where clear and I installed the screen quickly and easily with the help of one other person. The finished job looks clean and smart and works perfectly.
I will be pleased to recommend Just Projectors to anybody.
