So helpful and quick
So helpful and quick. Was due to go on holiday and needed my car tyres sorting as had a screw in the tyre . Rang them at 2pm and was back out again by 3.30. Excellent service .

Great experience
All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. My car tyre puncture was repaired immediately and very quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any tyre issues.

Still not right!!!! I will bring it back so you can have a look again.
Still problems with exhaust making a noise. Lots of vibration when going over uneven roads,will bring it back when I finish work.

The tyres were the best price locally
The tyres were the best price locally, the staff were polite, respectful, efficient and helpful. My only complaint was that as a regular customer of Buckley Tyres, I asked if my new tyres could be fitted to the rear axle and the current rear tyres moved onto the front, and initially I was told I should pay extra for this service. I wasnt charged in the end, but have never been told this before and was surprised

Have used Buckley Tyres for years. Happy with the service but, please, can someone tell the woman on the front desk to stop using terms such as “Love” or “Lovely”. Can’t bear it. Very unprofessional. Don’t care how friendly she thinks she is being.

Yeah useless lads not as they use to…
Yeah useless lads not as they use to be, couldn't be bother taking my wheel nuts off saying they don't have the tools never mind putting new tyres. Went back home DIY impact wrench took the nuts off my self and I went to proper garage.

Booked in for a wheel alignment and…
Booked in for a wheel alignment and when the car was on the ramp I noticed the car wasn’t level, I thought am I just imagining it so I asked the fitter and was told the ramp has been broken for a while. I thought to myself how are you supposed to do a wheel alignment with a car that doesn’t sit flat. The readings were all over the place . The ramp should be taken out of service immediately for wheel alignment as it’s not fit for purpose and the garage shouldn’t be taking money off people that are not aware of this issue and not getting the service that has been paid for. I’ve always used Buckley tyres for alignment and unfortunately that will be the last. Very disappointed!
