Puncture repair
As a commercial customer, it was great to be in and out in about half an hour. The punctured tyre was repaired quickly and efficiently. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Reception was clean, warm and tidy.

Disappointed
Disappointed to turn up at my appointment time to find out that the tyres I had ordered online were still in transit. I had to wait until next day before they were available for fitting. The Dumfries staff were very apologetic and as helpful as they could be.
Why offer an appointment when the stock is not there???

Very friendly but unfortunately…
Very friendly but unfortunately couldn’t fit my tires said I needed smaller ones on but I did order the correct size, left both of my front tires badly scratched & dented, went to my car dealer to confirm tire size & said I did order the right ones, had to go some where else in the end who fitted them no problem
