Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, really unhelpful, been here a few times now and always dissatisfied. Much better service further up the road.

The staff could not have been more helpful
The staff could not have been more helpful, they fitted in my tyre change without an appointment as quickly as they possibly could. They had a good selection of suitable tyres in stock & were able to match the brand with my existing tyres

Faringdon Protyres staff provide excellent service.
The staff at this garage were all very helpful and all seemed pleased to help. They were also happy and made the time in waiting room pass easy. The bosses Bert and Garvin/Gary? were great to talk to on the phone to me and all I heard call them. They run a happy, efficient and helpful ship.

Top Staff, Rubbish Premises
Gavin and the team at this business are always professional, well informed and on point in the quality of work. You really feel like you can trust their explanations on any works required to your vehicle.
My only complaint is the poor quality of the premises. The staff clearly try and keep the property clean but it is old, tired and in dire need of a refurbishment. You have to wipe your feet ion the way out! There are several new MOT/Tyre business that have opened along the same road which are bright and shiny. This building on first looks appears to be a back street operation so probably a lot of business driving past and onto the newer businesses.
