UK Fire Resistance on Quatropi Outdoor Furniture. BUYER BEWARE - We bought Outdoor furniture for our balcony - Loved the furniture - however the cushions need to be stored indoors. This means they need to be Fire Resistant Materials. Sadly Quatropi have confirmed they are not. That is very sad - as this is for small cushions on quality furniture that is lovely - and expensive. We will have to buy some Fire Resistant cushions elsewhere with the Fire Resistant labels included. The Insurance Risk is too great

Bought additional furniture in July 2026 to match. Amazing customer service from Jack who managed to source me sofa cushions to match my original purchases.

Ordering was simple, I had a few questions prior to placing my order which were answered swiftly and placing my order online was easy. I was impressed with the delivery schedule and my Freddy furniture set arrived well packaged and I have to say I am so pleased with it - it’s hard to find a set that looks good in aluminium, the colour and the quality is fab and the cushions are firm but comfortable - this one ticked all my boxes!
I had an item to return which was exchanged for an alternative piece, very easy process. I found their customer service fantastic - something that is hard to find these days - I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

Excellent service. We bought garden furniture online and found our original selection was not to our liking. There was no issue in collecting and refunding, and no pressure to select an alternative from their range - although we eventually did after visiting their showroom.

From ordering my table and chairs to the delivery was brilliant I had a problem with the table and it was felt with straight away I would recommend this company and will definitely be buying from them again had delivery in July and new table arrived within about 1 week from reporting issue

I recently ordered some patio furniture and paid extra for it to be assembled and put on our balcony, as I have a bad back and unable to do this myself. This extra payment I made for this was a life saver and they both did a great job and the furniture is fantastic. It took two of them to manage it and i’m very happy with the service and the furniture I received as it’s great quality and I would highly recommend the service and products that I received.

I also ordered an indoor fully assembled coffee table and that order didn’t go as well sadly. It stated that the delivery was 5-10 days and they missed that promise and it was late. I was told a delivery man was not in my area, they shouldn't then advertise a promise of delivery if they don’t have people in the area. I did have to chase a lot to get it delivered and that was a pain to keep asking. Also I felt very sorry for the guy who delivered it as he was on his own and it was very heavy, this isn’t safe and I worried about his well being and back, why he was expected to deliver this on his own is very irresponsible. He was truly amazing, I helped as much as I could but it was limited due to back and a recent operation as he struggled on his own but I was worried he would injure himself! He was amazing he didn’t complain or make me feel bad and I have no idea how he managed but he did without moaning - what a star he was! I don’t think it’s fair to expect him to deliver furniture like this on his own but he said it was a regular issue that there was no-one to help him. I think that should be assessed to avoid injury.

The coffee table was excellent quality and the delivery was excellent, just would have been a lot safer with two for such a heavy item! I want to thank him for being so cheerful under the circumstances

Really nice ranges of furniture, ordered a sofa, arrived promptly but was not the same colour as described or showing on the screen. That’s the problem not being able to see all items in a showroom.
However the return was dealt with easily (who knew you still can return large items) they collected the sofa (FOC) and refunded me.
They’re customer service is great and I’d have no problem with buying again
