Long time customer.
I have been a customer of Quattro tech,Peterborough, for a number of years.The service that I have received has always been top class. The quality of work is exemplary, and the customer facing staff over the whole time has always been excellent, carried on by Ross and Callum, the current staff there.

Absolutely fantastic experience - would recommend to anyone
Thank god we found these guys, I was on the verge of selling both our Audi's as was getting thoroughly fed up with Audi main dealers - who seemed more interested in selling us costly service plans, and not listening to me as a customer getting a car booked in for a service who had some questions.
I was slightly confused as to what needed doing at the next service as we seemed to have two service reminders with a short mileage between them.
I called in while passing on the off chance and they were great, Alex took time to talk me through everything that needed doing (and everything that did not need doing which the Audi main dealer were trying to convince me to get done!) and booked it in, with a courtesy car and the price quoted was what I paid and incredibly reasonable.
They were really knowledgeable, great for giving advice without being patronising, friendly and polite and the reception and workshop was immaculate. I felt really valued as a customer and already booked our second Audi in for it's next service in a few weeks. I would thoroughly recommend these guys.

St Ives branch - outstanding service!
Quattro Tech in St Ives. First time using, will not be going anywhere else in future. Fantastic service! Ross confirmed they could help with the repairs I needed, booked me into the earliest availability (a 2 week wait, which I took as a good sign that lots of customers trust them) and gave me an indication of the minimum the job might cost, since the faults needed diagnosing. He patiently answered all the questions I had and assured me he'd contact me as soon as they knew what the problems were and the cost of repair. They could fix it that same day, which was brilliant, and it was ready for me to pick up by 16.30!
Super easy, super professional, reassuringly slick operation. Very friendly - even the odd mechanic I walked past in the car park, who'd never met me before, had a smile and a cheery 'hello!' for me!
Obviously, I hope I never need too many repairs but, when I do, I'll be bringing my Polo back to Quattro, no doubt.

Great Service
I have used Quattro Tech for a number of years covering many VAG cars and vans.
Right from the start they have always given Excellent levels of service, not only on the servicing and repair front, but also when giving sound advice and answering questions (no matter what it is) promptly.

A local service par excellence ..
Another year , another service and MOT - all carried out smoothly, reliably, and very cost effectively by Quattro-Tech . That's all there is to it - apart from the odd times during the year when I've sought their help in fitting new light bulbs, wiper blades and the like - small fiddly tasks which motor manufacturers have made far more complicated than was once the case. Dare I say it - this really is a most valued local asset and much appreciated by so many customers.

I recently had an oil service on our Q5…
I recently had an oil service on our Q5 at Quattro-Tech St Ives.
I was made very welcome, shown into a comfortable waiting area where given a drink.
Immediately the service was completed I was notified.
I was unsure how to download the new navigation software, one of Quattro-Tech members of staff kindly helped me do this.

Urgent help replacing a bulb.
Needed a bulb urgently for our car’s headlight before heading off on a long journey. Quattro-Tech were very helpful, had the bulb in stock and kindly put it in that day. Helpful and efficient, I would use again.

New Engine
I recently visited Quattro Tech after two recommendations from friends and we were not disappointed. The cam belt had snapped on my VW Tiguan and unfortunately caused irreparable damage to the engine. QT sourced and fitted a new engine for us. They were (Callum) very tolerant of my stalker like calls checking on the progress. I now have my Tig back and it drives like a dream. I truly cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

QuattroTech EV - I recommend them
QuattroTech EV responded rapidly to my enquiry about costs of servicing my ev. They were able to book me in on a day and time to suit me (not weeks away either) and rang to confirm the booking a couple of days before and to say that they’d reviewed the service records and could see it was due for brake fluid and pollen filter replacement - no pressure from them at all to add this to the service. I chose to stay and wait while they serviced my car and was offered drinks and made to feel welcome. WiFi password was offered without prompting also which enabled me to do some work while I waited. Will definitely book in again
