New Engine
I recently visited Quattro Tech after two recommendations from friends and we were not disappointed. The cam belt had snapped on my VW Tiguan and unfortunately caused irreparable damage to the engine. QT sourced and fitted a new engine for us. They were (Callum) very tolerant of my stalker like calls checking on the progress. I now have my Tig back and it drives like a dream. I truly cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them.

QuattroTech EV - I recommend them
QuattroTech EV responded rapidly to my enquiry about costs of servicing my ev. They were able to book me in on a day and time to suit me (not weeks away either) and rang to confirm the booking a couple of days before and to say that they’d reviewed the service records and could see it was due for brake fluid and pollen filter replacement - no pressure from them at all to add this to the service. I chose to stay and wait while they serviced my car and was offered drinks and made to feel welcome. WiFi password was offered without prompting also which enabled me to do some work while I waited. Will definitely book in again

Service with a smile for 15 years
I have been a customer of Quattro-Tech for around 15 years, shortly after they commenced business. In all that time I have received the best possible service and feel a real friendship with their staff. Although my VW Passat has now reached the veteran stage, Quattro-Tech still keep it running well, passing M.O.T. without too much trouble. Thanks everyone, and here’s to the next 15 years!!

Service & MOT
A very efficient and polite service from Quattro-Tech. Certainly a good alternative to a main dealer (especially as the Cambridge Cupra dealership has now closed). A reasonable price considering that it was a major service. I was provided with a desk and wi-fi upstairs, so I was able to work on my laptop whilst waiting for my car to be finished. I was even provided with a couple of coffees.

Quattro-Tech / Audi RS6
Justin ,Kelvin ,Steve and all the fitters who have turned my RS6 from a rather "Nice but very boring car" into a "Monster of a Motor! I want to say a big thank you. Weve gone to Stage 2 using all Quattro-Tech approved goodies, look good in fact looks very very good , the new Milltek exhaust sounds like thunder when you want it to be or just a switch of a button and its back to being a "Pussycat"when required.
Im a very happy customer will be back for all the usual maintenance etc. in the future . My wife has been using Quattro-Tech for many years with her RS3 and has always had great thing to say.

Needed the timing chain replacing on…
Needed the timing chain replacing on our car. Was recommend Quattro Tech as they have a lot of experience. Kelvin took care of us from start to finish. Service was great. We were well informed through the process, and they kept costs reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

OIL CHANGE SERVICE PLUS ALL GOOD
Oil Change service recently which was all done well and they even managed to fit in a Aircon Service when asked that morning on dropping the car off, as I had only seen the email the day before offering Aircon services at a rate of £65. All very good, no issues.

The guys at Quattro tech Bury st Edmund’s branch were very professional. I dropped my Audi S3 off for an Cambelt and water pump replacement. I was greeted by Alex on arrival. They bought my courtesy car out to the front of the property ready for me to use. I received a phone call to say my car was ready for collection. Great price. Professional service. The workshop was amazing. I can’t fault my experience with them and I will be using them again.

Nothing was too much trouble. Great advise, highly efficient service, and the coffee is not bad either. I have visited them on three occasions and have left completely satisfied. Highly reccomend them!

Negative experience - Unprofessional.
Negative experience. I found this company unprofessional. Sold vehicle through Carwow and Quattro Tech failed to correspond with me in a satisfactory manor. Never arranged collection within specified time frame despite 3 daily phone calls from myself trying clarify a collection date. Despite using the specified framework/process for collection by Carwow they were unable to adhere to this process leaving me uncertain unable to make any plans. Dan failed in returning my call when he said he would. Finally told collection date after chasing further this being a week away with an apology of 'being too busy'. Well I'm happy for you that you're busy but if your too busy to collect what you're purchasing then don't go bidding wasting people's time. We have withdrawn from this sale.

Your review is a surprise to receive as we do not feel it accurately reflects the circumstances or the level of service provided.
Our interaction was limited to a small number of phone calls following confirmation that we were the highest bidder for your Audi via Carwow. We were only notified of this late on Tuesday and became aware of it on Wednesday when we returned to the office, just two days prior to your review being submitted.
From that point, we made reasonable efforts to arrange collection within your preferred timeframe. However, due to an already full schedule of pre-booked collections, combined with the Bank Holiday period, it was not possible to expedite this further. It is standard practice on platforms such as Carwow for collections to take approximately 5–7 days, and this has consistently been accepted without issue.
We acknowledge that some callbacks were missed and apologise for this, as it is not in line with our usual standards. That said, we do not believe this justifies the characterisation of our business as unprofessional, particularly given the very limited timeframe and the external scheduling constraints involved.
We note that you have chosen to withdraw from the sale and proceed elsewhere. We respect your decision and trust that your next experience will better align with your expectations.
