Quickline Broadband UK Avis 

After run around we had first time excuses after excuses after someone came to are door offering quickline services we decided to go else where nearly 6 months later neighbours said they going with quickline so i thought try them again. After they said someone will come out in 2 weeks never happened rang quickline up said it went to another team something tobdonwith coppe lr fibre that someone will be in touch in a week. Nothing been 2 months nothing rang them again and same situation nothin even been sorted or said so yet again and see quickline fee times parked up the road. We are moving house litteraly 10 doors down which we got told we have to cancel are order and make new one which then how things are going take over a year to get quickline internet working. Joke of company

Fast and reliable connection when its live, but we have had 3 outages in the last few months, of a couple of hrs of more at a time.
We had a few outages over the last 10yrs with other providers, but quickline are expanding quickly and dont seem to have got around to creating a stable and reliable network yet.

I had a few issues after connection day, very low speeds in the order of 60 download not the 500 I was expecting. An engineer Adon Baxter came and carried out the fault investigation and like me could not understand why the router signal was not reaching my office only about 10 feet away. With advice from his boss SJ they decided to try a signal extender form his van in the office. This was successful with speeds of 433 and 416. Fantastic and many thanks to them both as they gave me the extender FOC. A really good service, I recommend them and Quickline to anyone wanting to improve their broadband.

Carl Conway was fantastic, he showed up and got straight to work. We had been 3 weeks with no internet because of location and he got us sorted in 20 minutes. He was friendly, efficient and knew his stuff. The quickline staff we spoke to on the phone were also very helpful and friendly.

Great service from Quickline from ordering to installation. Kept informed all through the process and I am now up and running and looking forward to speedy broadband which I have never had. Alvin the engineer was so helpful explained everything in detail and did a great job, all appliances up and running.

Alvin the engineer was great, and deserves five stars. Unfortunately our order had been messed up, but he left us with the necessary hardware to change our landline over anyway.

What a refreshing change Dan D made today very knowledgeable very smart and very reassuring even though his last job took him longer than he thought it would he still had plenty of time to explain what he was doing why and how he was going to fix it ! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Quickline. After an initial issue with my installation date, I spoke to Rebecca, who went above and beyond to help. She contacted different teams and managed to keep my original switch-over date!

The dig team and installation team, Aiden, Shaun D and Karl H, (and one other whose name I can’t remember-sorry!) were fantastic. They were friendly, professional, considerate and did a brilliant job. I was particularly impressed with the dig team — you genuinely wouldn’t know my garden had been touched!

The internet speed has also been excellent and so far I’m really pleased with the service.

From laying the cable down the road, contacting quickline on the phone to order the WiFi,laying the cable to the house and to the engineer connecting the router all the team have been friendly polite and very helpful thanks Quickline you deserve a 5 star review.

Excellent experience from start to finish from getting the cable dug in to final connection.

Kieran was brilliant. Polite, efficient and happy to accommodate my requirements. Although the engineers that connected up the external cable put it in completely the wrong place, Kieran helped my find a solution that worked for me.

We had WiFi fitted today, perfect job by Stan S who fitted with no issues at all,we are very happy
