Quickline Broadband UK Avis 

Very efficient, friendly and tidy installation of optical fiber broadband connection. Stephen explained everything clearly, including options. Offered to help with moving books and furniture and checked everything was working before leaving.

Very thorough communication throughout the process, Joe Jones came to do the inside install and was respectable in my home, with regards to cleaning up (small amount of dust) etc and made sure i was happy with everything, lovely guy.

Phone call from the installer to say when he was coming, arrived on time, had a chat about where we wanted the router inside and box outside. Courteous and tidy and went through any problems that may arise and how to sort them out. Great service 👍🏻

Stephen is extremely polite and professional explains everything, ensuring is work area is clean and tidy.

Quickly found the problem, explained it to me clearly and then made sure that our wifi extenders were set up properly. Was very knowledgeable and clearly well experienced.

Jack D did my install very polite and friendly. Explained everything through the install. Cleaned up after himself.

The install was an extremely easy relaxed process. Joe Jones the engineer on the day (Very nice chap) was first class, nothing was to much trouble I showed Joe where and what I wanted and he agreed he worked to make the whole process effortless. Cables neat, minimal mess,clear explanation of works and product and he even hoovered up afterwards... Better than the wife!!
So far so good, fingers crossed it's all as good as this.

Dan D was the ultimate expert, installing my Quickline equipment and having to deal with existing blips in the process. Extremely pleasant, helpful and VERY knowledgeable. Brilliant service.

Not installed yet but current experience is poor on the install side and communication.

Been a pre-order for months (about june), got the call to book my install early August and it was booked for the 5th september as I was on holiday and I told the sales rep this.

Spoke to the pre-work engineer via our doorbell on the 15th august and everything was good. The engineer returned on the 25 but we were not in and unavailable so we missed him, but since I had already spoken to him I was not concerened.

I returned on the 4th September I had no record of any comms so on the morning of the 5th I called Quickline to be told they couldn't do the prework as they didn't know if the cable was going into the loft or not (I had already told the installer at the door it wasn't).

Apparently they had tried to call me on the 2nd (A whole week after the second engineer came out) but had tried no other communication medium (email or text). I didn't receive this call so was unaware of the issue. I was told they would contact the team that does installs first thing Monday morning to sort it out.

Monday morning (7th) has come and I have called up since I had once again no communication to be told it'll be another 2 days before I can even get a timeline for this being resolved.

I will update this review if/when things get resolved to see how its handled from here.

The cable was fitted almost immediately, the agreement was reached.
A quick call and an early slot for install was agreed by the helpful and pleasant assistant.
The connection and install was a week later. The install engineer ( Josh. R ) was very neat and efficient. Helpfully, he discussed my needs and was very considerate of the surroundings. Above and beyond really.
Everything is working well and my broadband speed is a revelation after phone line speeds from my previous installation.
The only downside was converting the myriad of linked devices to the new broadband..

Our installer Kyle Twell was awesome, super helpful, good ideas to help us, super clean worker, nothing was a problem, an absolute credit to your company

From initial meeting with Paul to installation with James B things went very smoothly and I’m very happy with the service I have received

Very straight forward. The guy that fitted the wires outside made a neat job, Dan came on a different day and fitted in our fibre system and also made a good job. Very accommodating and friendly.
