Quickline installation.
On Sept. 4th quickline came to complete the Internet installation. Half an hour prior to arrival I got a call to let me know the engineer would arrive. Stan the engineer arrived, being of an inquisitive I asked Stan if I could watch, no problem. From start to finish Stan told me and explained what each phase of the installation consisted of from start to finish. Finally giving me guidance on matching items to the new Internet. I found Stan a really pleasant guy who showed great patience explaining everything. Thank you for a very professional operation and a special thanks to Stan.

Everything brilliant apart from the admin
The administrative side of this was not perfect. I received a text message the day before the install giving a 5 hour window beginning at noon. Having rearranged my day to accommodate this, i returned home at 11.10am to find that I had missed the engineer.
Courtney at the help centre was incredibly helpful and was able to rebook the install for later the same day. From that point onwards, all was excellent.
The installers (Bobby and Shaun D) were professional, courteous and efficient. The new setup is speedy and (so far) reliable. The teenagers are delighted to have high speed Internet again.

Excellent install from Dan D, who was professional, friendly, efficient and did a lovely, tidy job, even though our house didn't make for the easiest installation for him! I'd highly recommend Quickline and if you get Dan you'll certainly be in good hands.

Had a problem to start with regarding a…
Had a problem to start with regarding a blockage under the footpath to push the cable through, so Wuickline had to obtain a permit from local council to access under the footpath. All sorted efficiently. Installers on the day were friendly, helpful, cleared up after drilling through wall and showed me how to connect all IT equipment. Now receiving over 500 download speed compare with 17 from previous fibre supplier. Definitely a 5 star experience.
