Delivery drivers was 2 hours late an I wasn’t informed when cooker was unwrapped their was 2 major parts missing from top of cooker had to wait for delivery of them few days later

Poor service
Hello
First of all our delivery driver was very rude. He dropped the range cooker on our drive and did not allow us to unpack and inspect it but still insisted on us signing for it. This is not what I was told in the email that I received. So consequently, I had to employ someone to help me move the cooker from the drive into the property, it’s a good job that it was not raining that day.

I’m so sorry you experienced this - may I ask which brand of range cooker you had ordered? Most of the brands we sell offer a 2 man delivery as standard, but New World & Creda only offer a 1 man, kerbside delivery. If it was any other brand, this certainly should not have happened & we can gladly follow up with the relevant delivery team, to ensure this never happens again.
If it was either a New World or Creda range cooker you had ordered, we do try to make it as clear as possible, about their delivery service, on our site (under Delivery Information, next to each of their individual products) - I'm really sorry if this wasn't clear when you were placing your order. We always try to be as transparent as possible with our customers, as we would never want to mislead anyone.

I am still waiting and no one can tell…
I am still waiting and no one can tell me where my cooker is or when I will get it. I was told two dates and booked both off work and it never turned up. I have had no cooler since last words I had it disconnected ready for collection. I keep being told it’s with a third party and nothing can be done. I am so upset

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, we live up a very steep hill with awkward access and Liam went out of his way to arrange a delivery day to suit and also to check that the delivery driver came in a vehicle suitable for our access issues. Looking forward to when it arrives

Great price, not in stock like they said
The price was the best I could find anywhere, however the range cooker I ordered said in stock with 2 week delivery time. Once ordered I found it wasn't in stock and was a 6 week delivery time.

Disappointing
We had our range installed just over 12 months' ago and whilst the oven works fine, the grill has no mid setting - so it's either all on, or not on at all. Further to that, we are now having to replace the timer dials because the coating has once again come off leaving a white plastic dial. If this is related to the heat from the oven, that is slightly ridiculous.

Do a customer not deserve a phone call?
After speding a few grand on a cooker I would have expected a phone call at the every least, rather than a series of self service emails.

My order was delayed as the wrong part…
My order was delayed as the wrong part was either ordered by the retailer or sent incorrectly by the supplier. I received it eventually, however communication from the retailer could do with improvement.

Poor service, disinterested staff
I am disappointed by this entire process. It has to be said, Stoves have been no help either. Here is what could have been so much better:
1. I was not told till AFTER purchase, that no option to install exists. According to Rangecookers, they've had too many complaints about Stoves installers, so won't recommend them, but then they won't reccommend anyone else either.
Trying to get to the bottom of if the hood takes charcoal filters, and what size has been just as bad, and I am none the wiser. All in all, keen to take the money, entirely disinterested in any service that would make the experience efficient. Blaming Stoves was nice, but not useful.
