Massive thank you to Ryan. Went in to take off old polish. But he filed and shaped, and put on clear polish until my next appointment.

Mina is a Brilliant nail technician, always gentle with removal and file, caring and friendly.

I was informed that the store in Reading was closing down, I still had credit and was told I could book another treatment using the credit, so I booked a pedicure and when I arrived for my appointment the store was gone! This despite a reminder sent to me. They now have my money and no way of me recovering it. It is a disgrace

I purchased a prepaid beauty package at the Nottingham branch because it was convenient for me. After the Nottingham branch closed, I was told I would need to travel approximately 13 miles to the Derby branch to continue using my remaining balance.

I explained multiple times that travelling to another location is not practical for me. Instead of considering my request for a refund, RAWR Beauty has repeatedly tried to impose alternative options that are simply not suitable for my circumstances. These include travelling to another branch, accepting vouchers, store credit, gift cards, transferring the balance to someone else, or using it to buy products from their online shop. None of these are what I originally paid for or what I want.

I purchased beauty services at the Nottingham branch, not products or credit that I cannot realistically use. I should not be expected to incur additional travel time and expense because the company decided to close the local branch.

I have been trying to resolve this matter since May, but my refund request has been repeatedly refused.

I understand that businesses sometimes have to close locations, but customers should not be pressured into accepting alternatives that do not meet their needs. My experience with RAWR Beauty's customer service has been extremely disappointing and awful, and I hope they reconsider how they treat customers affected by branch closures.

Booked in for a deluxe pedicure with gel Polish without ever visiting this place before and I must say was very happy with the service! Sania was tge one to take care of me and and was extremely professional, warm and welcoming! Service wise - I was extremely with the results! She was quick but not rushing. I could tell that she was skilled and knew what she was doing. She made light conversation and even other staff greeted me also despite serving other customers. I left happy and with really cute toes!

Was not the best ,felt very rushed , didn’t even get to check in mirror , straight onto next customer,the shape was not good either ,very disappointed ☹️

A truly wonderful experience at the salon. A special mention to Ms. Gurbaksh and Rohina, who are absolutely amazing staff members. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled at what they do.

Rohina is brilliant! She was professional and did what i asked with ny hair cut! She was super friendly and lovely to interact with while I was having my haircut today. I was late - my appointment was at 1.45pm and I was 10mins late but she made me feel comfortable. Her manager needs to be more professional as when Rohina was cutting my hair her manager (hoping that is who it was) came over and started shouting at her saying she needs to ask her before making orntaking payments! Tip for manager - don't do this in front of the customer it gave us a bad impression of you. Be nice to your staff. Rohina remained professional and continued after and i thank her for not messing up my hair! P.s I love my new cut! Thanks Rohina 😊

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my brows - brilliant !!

I was there this morning (02/07/2026) for threading but it was not done nicely at all. I got home after clean my face the growth was still there 🥴🥴😮‍💨 the lady did the treading didn’t wipe off the eye pencil I had over my brows she just start thread and that was it done.

I clean the face at home and I was like what is this!! Is like I haven’t done any thing at all. I have been getting eyebrows as far as I know theading lady need clean the client eyebrows first to remove the eye pencil I have apply then do the job and clean (wipe) after you finish the job. It was not done like that at all she finish and hold the mirror to see and that was it…..

After two years I plucked up the courage to have my legs waxed (full) and Manjit was an angel. Great service and she is very professional and thorough - and more importantly no pain! The lady at reception is also very polite and helpful.

The lovely young lady that did my pedicure was amazing.
Had them done lots of times elsewhere but she was the best.xx

Always get my eyebrows done here as they are the best and are literally perfect.
Got a gel pedicure first time today and now won’t go anywhere else. I’m so picky but they are perfect, the shape and French tip are 💯

The woman Gurbaksh was amazing she did my eyebrows incredibly well did not expect it and will definitely visit again soon
