Had half leg wax at Enfield
Had half leg wax at Enfield. Lots of hairs were missed and my legs still had lots of wax on them. I’d also question the hygiene levels. My shoe got stuck on floor from spilled wax. The towel and paper on treatment bed were also dirty although in fairness she did put new paper for me albeit on dirty towels. Would not recommend

The nail polish became so bubbly after it got tried. Didn’t have the time to re do it as I had commitments
I had my fingernails and toenails filed and polished, yet the nail polished appeared to be so bubbly immediately after it got dried. The lady who did the service suggested to re do it but I couldnt stay any longer as due to commitments with family and friends. I had to remove the color as soon as I came back home

The young lady who booked me in was…
The young lady who booked me in was lovely , the lady who did my eyebrows wasn’t very welcoming , no customer service , also when my brows were done just walked off , was more concerned about a staff member who had come in on the wrong day , should’ve dealt with this separately instead of coming & going in between doing my eyebrows.
Will not be returning .

I always come in to do my eyebrows as…
I always come in to do my eyebrows as they never mess them up and I trust them so much. I always see Kiera and she is one the most kindest and welcoming staff there and makes sure am happy with my eyebrows before she continues. I will forever come back again to get my eyebrows done again.

They take your money and do not reimbursement when they close
I was encouraged to buy 5 eyelash tints and eyebrow tints at their primark nottingham site , then weeks later it was closed and they never reimbursed my money
They are absolute Robbers

3rd time attending
3rd time attending. When I book and arrive on time/earlier I am seen after 20-30 mins. When I was a few minutes late I was seen even later. All 3 times they messed my brows. All I asked for was neatening and they made them uneven, cut the end off on one and mad3 them wonky. Unfortunately all 3 times I had to get them done in an emergency as its close to work and convenient but the service is not great and I would avoid if possible
