Went to rawr beauty for the first time yesterday. I was seen by Shumaila who was very friendly efficient and professional. I will definitely go back.. Helen

Kiran is an exceptional eyebrow artist in Manchester. I greatly appreciate the careful attention she gives to my eyebrows.

Chihlin in Manchester is the best. Always does a brilliant job with my nails!

Shumaila did a great job waxing brows & upper chin this morning at Wigan Asda. Very happy with results & will return as Shumaila was polite & kind & made us feel at ease

Paid out for nail package then company closed in Nottingham. Won't refund apparently can go to Coventry for nails. Really!!!!. Going down legal route. Didn't tell staff till last minute closing, then told them not to tell customers. Scammers, apparently changed name before which means something not kosha. They were fraudulent and breached contract knew they wouldn't be there to provide service. My advice pay as you go because they will close and you won't see your money again. Shocking.

Odina at Rawr Beauty Milton Keynes, did a lovely job with adding biab with french tips to my nails.

Amna did really well, i’m very picky with my eyebrows and she listened to my every need, changed every little detail i wanted to be changed and took her time. She also took me in, although i hadn’t made an appointment, last minute which i really appreciated! Definitely recommend!

people were really nice. had my brows waxed and they did exactly what i asked. got seen straight away so didn't have to wait at all

I absolutely loved the service by MALAIKA ZAFAR. Everything was done exactly the way I wanted -quick, smooth, and professional. Very friendly and made me feel super comfortable throughout. Will definitely visit again!

The salon in Primark in Leeds closed without informing me dispite having my contact details.
When I asked for a refund of a full course of treatments of many eyebrow threading including 2 free for feeling pressurised into booking and paying for after I had finished a previous course, I have been told they won't give me a refund as there are other venues available. None of these are anywhere near me and would not be cost effective to even try and travel too.

I had mixed experiences of results when I did travel to Leeds and as they cannot give me what I paid for, where I paid for it, I shall pursue a refund from them.

Do not part with your money......

The young lady was absolutely amazing, the best pedicure ive ever had. I opted for the deluxe. I wasn't disappointed

Malaika is the best! Been getting my eyebrows threaded for years with her and I would never go anywhere else. She always makes me feel relaxed and pampered. Results are always what I want so thank you for giving me such good service Malaika!

SCAMMERS. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS.

They shut down their Nottingham branch without informing a single customer, leaving people like me with fully paid service packages that we never even got to use.

When I asked for a refund, they hid behind a “policy” that isn’t even printed on the receipt. Completely unacceptable.

They took my money, closed the doors, and now refuse to take responsibility.

Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about customers, they just want money.

I had such a lovely experience at Rawr Beauty in Primark thanks to Chihlin! She did an amazing job and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Her care, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding, and she had such a warm and positive attitude the whole time. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Chihlin!

Always professional and do a great job. Today I had Luxema do my lashes and brows tint and shape and she was excellent.

I got my brows threaded from Zarah - she was great and i was really happy with the results
