Would recommend without hesitation
I purchased a Husqvarna 120itk4 kit. The company responded very quickly to all my emails. Very competitive price and super fast (on a Saturday morning) delivery by courier. No chance / need as yet to call on their after-sales service, but no reason to believe they will not be equally as good. Cannot ask for more - thank you.

Brilliant Service- As ever.
Approximately 5 years ago, I had the good fortune to buy a Husqvarna Automower from Redband. I had problems at the beginning, (My Fault!) but David at Redband Service resolved these quickly and efficiently. Since then, every time i have had a problem or needed advice, or service parts, David has been there. Nothing has been too much trouble and he has shown great patience with a customer whose technical knowledge is somewhat “limited!” Today, I had need of further advice re a sensor problem, and as ever David was there.
The fault was identified and appropriate parts ordered. Buying an expensive product such as an Automower is one thing, providing a first class after sales service is another. I cannot praise Redband too highly. From David in Service, to Anne in Admin who ensures the parts are sourced packeaged and delivered promptly, this is a great company to deal with.
I do however have one complaint.
They do not have a local branch nearer to where Ilive in north Wales!

Impressive!
Bought a wheelbarrow from Red Band UK after finding their price was well below competition. Not only was price great, but product was delivered next day! I’ve waited over a week for a competitor to deliver a latch, but these guys got much bigger item to me overnight! Thanks - will use again.
