Red Funnel Ferries Avis 

I would hsve given a five but my 80 year old mothet who had a hip replacement 3 weeks before we travelled had to struggle to get to the lounge both ways due to a lift not working so i be not use Red funnel next timr

Able to change to an earlier sailing, with ease

We find everything about Red Funnel works well and is a smooth and easy process.
From the booking - even if changes have to be made as has happened to us, they worked with us to arrange new dates.
The loading and unloading is smooth and the staff are friendly and helpful.
For the last couple of times we have treated ourselves to The Signature Lounge. A more relaxed area with free drinks and some free items of food with a lovely lady serving us.
To us our holiday starts when we board the ferry. Yes it can be expensive but there are offers out there.

Arrived early for sailing and was put on the ferry which was ready to depart,which saved us 1 hours wait.
Ferry,comfortable and clean and sailed on time.

They allowed us to get on an earlier ferry after we arrived early, without any problems. Easy check-in and boarding with the car. Smooth sail over.

Lift Brocken to dog area on both crossings not when your wife is disabled. The Roof was leaking into lounge.

As usual a well organised crossing. We turned up on time and we were loaded on to the ferry timously. The crossing was good and we came off the other side easily. The ferry was clean and tidy staff were busy but professional. A brilliant service. I would have given five stars but it is starting to get expensive.

Great experience. We arrived early and the staff were helpful to get us on an earlier crossing. The staff in the cafe were friendly and a good laugh. Crossing was great, so much to see. Same experience coming back. Brilliant.
