The discussion and assistance from the store staff was excellent. Advice and ordering was really great and simple. The service was nothing short of first class.
I made a small change to my order and it was no trouble to alter it as l made the change the day after ordering the full corner suite.
The settee arrived earlier than scheduled.
The delivery team were also excellent - they eventually got all the feet and screws sorted. The electrics for recliner were all set up and everything positioned as l wanted it. Fabulous! I am thrilled with the corner suite.
However the corner section of the settee needs to come with a warning as it didn’t fit through my standard front door - as an alert to those who don’t have a rear entrance or double doors. It had to come over the fence and enter the house through the conservatory double doors.

From choosing a bed to having it delivered was simple and straightforward and made so by the salesman and delivery men. They were all helpful, polite and efficient.

Wanted a bed frame that had to be ordered, sales assistant was helpful with sale and information, it arrived in the estimated time, was immediately emailed to let me know and delivered when I asked for it to be

Feet do not fit securely in holes, fall out every time bed moved.

Although we waited a little longer than expected for the mattress, it was only by a couple of days. Most companies need to call on the day to check our location. Regency didn’t need to, arriving within the planned time of day, collecting our old mattress and efficiently installing the new one. All were professional and helpful. Lovely mattress.

Very helpful sales assistant, I needed a single bed for my 88 year old Mum due to come out of hospital.He found me the perfect bed with storage draws. The delivery men were lovely, they fixed the bed up for me adding the headboard and feet and they took all the packaging away with them. Brilliant service from Regency bedding, which helped me at a very stressful time. Thank You so much.
