Paid R1,036.79 for 2 Specific Photo Album's ..... I give you NO STARS...you have had my money for over 8 months and I have nothing!!!! My next step is to gather all your unsatisfied customers who all think you are just a scam and go to Carte Blanche.

ordered items and paid , everything from there , NOTHING happens , you get emails from them stating your tracking order and company , I contacted BUFFALO ??? well tried to , no number on any web page gets exists /answered, I contacted Reliable via email and they just passing the buck. absolutely no responsibility , YET! they the company one deals with and pays so responsibility with them legally and their supplier .
HOW ARE COMPANIES LIKE THIS ALLOWED TO TRADE , THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED , IM TERRIBLY SORRY I DID NOT REVIEW TRUSTPILOT,
i INTEND reporting them to Chinese Government, who will do something with both companies. Reliable and Buffalo .China take negative dealings with the companies in CHINA seriously and close them down - I suggest everyone reports them all.

How are they still allowed to trade!!

My item 3 weeks later is still in China. And only found this out by making contact directly with the courier.
Now I am going to be charged a cancellation fee.
I don't dare want to imagine what the refund process must be like.

I ordered a few items in Oct 2022. Figured I would start early with my Christmas shopping but boy, Was I mistaken!!
Firstly, only one item was delivered on 19 Dec 2022 (just in time for Christmas) and guess what!?! It was the wrong colour (Pink, for a boy) Nevertheless, I wrapped it and gifted it... only to find out that the piece of sh!t didnt work!!!
I contacted them on several occasions and both my calls and emails are being ignored!
Five (5) months have passed and the ETA or simple communication on the balance of the order has not been responded to.... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, TO SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH! THEIR PRODUCTS OR PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE!!!

Finally received my items but its broken. The outside packaging is intact but inside the product is in 3 pieces. What a waste of money. Stay clear of this company

This company is a scam, they dont deliver anything and keep changing dates and times, stay away.

Purchased an item in December 2022. Delivery was more then 5 weeks from that given. Checked item on receipt only to find the it was incorrect as per the order.
Immediately sent email with proof of discrepancies. No acknowledgement of mail or calls. Did followup and no joy. Last was told it is with the product consultant.
Requested for a refund and collection of the item. To date no success

VERY BAD SERVICE I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order with Reliable Store before reading the various poor experiences by others. However, although the delivery took longer than anticipated (one month) , my enquiries were handled very professionally, and we are happy with the product received. One should be aware that goods ordered are not stocked locally, but are imported, hence the wait.

Ahmed Kaje explained the Business / SCAM model of We Build Property T/A Reliable Store Reliable Store in detail:

"Note that Reliable Store is enabled by PayFast. Payfast is their 3rd Party credit card payment gateway service – Payfast is legally responsible to ensure consumers are protected.

If you have been scammed by Reliable Store request a refund directly from Payfast as PayFast are governed by Financial Services Authority and have an obligation to ensure that their systems are not used fraudulently, which it is in this case.

Reliable Store Modus-Operandi explained below:

1. We Build Property T/A Reliable Store promotes products and services for which they have no intention of delivering – despite stating that their delivery timeframe is 15 days.

2. Their “Business / Scam Model” is based on delaying tactics to frustrate customers into cancelling an order to get the 35% cancellation fee, which is likely more than their profit margins anyways. This modus-operandi is supported by inaccessible contact details, and evasive communications.
a. They are not accessible via telephone numbers specified, allowing it to be on hold endlessness only to eventually get cut off;
b. Customers are left with no resort but to email them, to which responses are only made at most twice a week, with generic responses;
c. These delaying tactics goes into weeks and months, conveniently allowing certain consumer refunds and statute policies to lapse.

3. In order to maintain a front of legitimacy with banks and the consumer, We Build Property T/A as Reliable Store will on occasion dispatch goods in order to obtain a POD i.e. Proof of Delivery.
a. Goods delivered to customers by them are incorrect or partial orders, however the POD’s do not contain the actual product details except for the fact that the client signed for “goods”. These POD’s are then used to justify to the customer that delivery was made when it fact it was erroneously made with incorrect products on purpose.

4. This leads to frustrated customers who finally request a “Refund” that We Build Property T/A Reliable Store has been delaying them for to get to this point.
a. We Build Property T/A Reliable Store then request a cancellation fee of up to 35% and may also justify it on the basis of:
i. Customers signing and / or receipt of incorrect goods, or
ii. The fact that the customer is now unwilling to wait indefinitely - well past the 15 day SLA for delivery;
iii. Or that the goods have been “shipped”, which is proven by them through a tracking number from aboard (China) that actually doesn’t work;
iv. They subsequently pay over to the exhausted customer the refunded balance (65%) directly – thus leaving 3rd party providers such as yourselves out of the loop.
v. They make up to 35% of total order value through this scam resulting in customers losing considerable money"

Ahmed Kaje have logged formal complaints with several parties i.e. FSCA, CGSO and banks.

Terrible customer service, they just forward you the same email and dates of delivery keep changing. When you phone they make NO sense at all and cannot give u a direct answer, they just ramble off. Terrible. Wont buy again!!

I ordered and paid for an inverter on 23 December 2022. I never received confirmation of the order, the order no or details as to delivery. I e-mailed them. One Primrose corresponded with me but was just running around in circles with no answers. After I threatened to report them and lay criminal charges, I never heard from them again. I believe this is a scam website and can not be trusted. I am laying criminal charges.

I initially thought I had been scammed after reading all the reviews here. However I got exactly what I ordered, and yes it took a bit long as things cone from China. I was kept in the loop the whole time by the international courier company, Buffalo, and when the goods were then handed over to PAXI ketp informed too. They say the proof of the pudding is in the eating and I am very satisfied.

I ordered from Reliable Store on 8 December and have not received the item as yet. There has been no response to my email querying my order.

After reading all the reviews, I am convinced this store is a scam.

And strangely enough, their name is RELIABLE store.

I noticed on social media, Internet and Hello Peter that there are thousands of complaints and no one has received any product from Reliablestore.co.za uptil now!!! They also trade with the name Deal Hub and guess what...same results.

My only conclusion is that Reliable.co.za and Deal Hub are busy with blatant theft and purposeful criminal actions. Failing to Comply to my request set out in above ticket numbers will leave me with no option than to take legal action against Reliablestore and affiliate and I will lay fraudulent criminal charges against you.

I ordered on the 25/11/2022 and my hard drive has not arrived even today.

I think reliable store is run by an incompetent scamster. Since October I'm waiting for my order with no or very few replies to my 9 emails. Plainly stated. Reliable store is a bunch of bullshitters. The have zero integrity

My order was confirmed on 11/28/2022. My order number is 53250 has since being lying in the Buffalo warehouse since the 29 December 2022, up until now no response no detail of what is going to happen next. To be quite honest I hope I get the right things that I ordered, but rest assured I will never ever order anything from any store that deals with China, it drags on, and on, pathetic service. Definitely need to change their name to Unreliable Store

I am still waiting for a parcel ordered in October. After numerous emails and calls I have now given up. How come this company still sell stuff after all the complaints?????

Terrible service.
Does not issue refunds.
They only give store credits.
It took them over two months to get the boost gauge to me.

If a store credit is given then the subtract a 35% restocking fee.Extremely inefficient
I will never be using them ever again.
I have found everything I need at the china mall in Hillfox and stuffs was cheaper there
