Reliable store is the most Unreliable place I have ever purchased something from , I spent thousands and I waited over 6 months for my purchase. Started to think I would never receive it or get my money back aswell as their rude and incompetent staff.

This place should be sued and closed!

Place an order with Reliable store, in May 2024, for a bottle cap closer, still waiting for my order, send emails, try to call, no response, after a few days, they send an email, that we have t0 chat on wattsapp, when they told me that the store is under liquidation, and they send everything to them, and have to Wait for a response, they took payment from us, but failed to deliver the product, that's a big shame from this company, please be aware of them, H Duvenhage, Meyerton

6 months waiting, countless emails,, hours of holding on customer care,, my package arrives, in the packet was not even what i ordered ,, to my disgust......... long story short i have worked with the courier that delivered my package, R987 I payed to where they delivered to me a used R150 harmonica which i traced back to a pawn shop in Pretoria,,,I am going to burn their premises down

Not a good company to use. Bought a drone controller in January 2024 - paid for it and then cancelled the order because it was the wrong one. Asked for a refund but after 22 e-mails and numerous telephone calls I have not received it. Reply on e-mail: "Apologies to hear that your refund has not been processed yet. Kindly note that I have escalated this order to the accounts Manager as a Top priority. Feedback will be provided soon." and I am still waiting 8 months later.

Scammers waiting since April no answers. Don’t bother emailing nothing. Disgusted don’t order from them

This is the most UN-RELIABLE store ever! We ordered an item in October 2023 and never received it. After numerous communications, the Reliable Store indicated that they would refund. This was never received. Up to date the order remains Unfulfilled on their website. Their landline does not exist and at present their emails come back as undeliverable. Never use this online store!

Ordered a 4k Ultra camera recorder in April 2024, after 10 e-mail we finally received it today 19 July 2024, the camera is not switching on after we charged it for 5 Hours according to the manual. After you spend R6500. I think Reliable store must close their doors if they business like this.

Unfortunately, it seems I was also scammed. Ordered a photo album in April. No response to emails and the number no longer exists.

I ordered an electrical wrench in April 2024 and still have not received my order which was paid fully. I contacted Sello on the email provided who gave excuses for another month and then finally the email address disappeared and my emails are not going through. I think this company is criminal

I'm waiting since April 2024 for my refund . I ordered goods , then they said not in stock , battling since then to get refund .

I ordered a scanner device on 14 February 2024. Only received the device on 7 May 2024. I'm trying to send the device back as it is in Chinese. I'm unable to make any contact with the Reliablestore. They are not responding to my emails. I've tried phoning them. They are just not picking up the line. Waited twice for over 45 minutes. Worst service ever. These people are scammers. They order the products from China as you order them. Delivery is through Buffalo Logistics. I could have ordered this product through Shein or Temo. I would have at least been able to send it back.

Order #76888 placed on 8 May 2024. Try to Email for date of delivery & try to phone, after 2hrs I gave up, was first in line and 1hour later stil first in line.

Very bad service.

I placed an order on the 25th of May 2024 and promised delivery on the week ending the 14th of June 2024, to date nothing and no feedback. I called today and I thought I was lucky as I was number four on the queue, alas I waited for 2 hours and eventually gave up. This is a pathetic service if one may call, no care for clients and e-mails not responded to.

The only feedback from Sello was that, I will get a tracking number and I quickly made him aware that I have one and the item shows that it was delivered, but in China. Anyone thinking of placing an order must run for their money., BS service.

By far the most useless place I ever ordered from. They don't even deserve a one star. Ordered in March, they said product will arrive two weeks later. Waited for over a month still nothing. Had to drive to their premises, they promised I will receive the product the following week. Another three weeks that we waited, finally received the product but it was the wrong product. They recently moved to a new location don't know where they moved to and they not answering their phone. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE RELIABLE STORE.

Orderd a dashcam and paid.They told me they had delivery problem and that they would refund me.Six months later no refund or product!!!

Goods simply not delivered. Telephones not answered. Emails not responded to. Straightforward theft. Avoid at all costs.

Order placed on 30/04/2024. I am still waiting. If you reply on your order number, the respone is :Thank you for your email. We'll reply to you within 24 to 48hrs P1UVTT(changes every time you reply on the order number e-mail).
Don't waste your money here, even though you may think you are saving a few bucks, in the end - all is lost.

Order #75208 confirmed - no delivery received on goods ordered in March already. We then requested a refund and it was suppose to take between 3 - 10 working day - that was in May - still have not received my refund. They don't answer their phones. Sello manning the info@reliablestore email address is of no use. Please don't buy anything from this site!

On the 26th March 2024 I ordered.and paid Reliable R1034.00 for Hi Fi components.
Since then I have had several misleading emails to say that the delivery company, Buffalo had received the parcel and would deliver it soon.That was 4th June and I am still waiting. ??
Please help.....!!

this is a scam site. I placed an order end of March. I have followed up so many yet to no prevail. I am going to open a case with the police
