STAY AWAY FROM RELIABLE STORE!!!! REPORT THEM TO PAYFAST & OPEN A FRAUD CASE AGAISNT THEM!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! Do not order from the online Reliable Store. When placing my order my delivery date on item was between 9-13th March. When following up on my order a week prior to these dates, to let them know that I have not received as much as a tracking number a lady with the name of Primrose said their supplier deals with their orders so I reminded her that I did not place an order with the supplier but with them. On the 14th I insisted on my money back & have not received a word back from them since.

I would highly recommend that everyone who has placed an order with them & not received it, request a refund through payfast & report this company to payfast's fraudulent department, as they use their platform to commit such fraud. I have just reported them & opened a case against them as well as I see that their are over a 1200 of such cases here on hello peter & many more on the google review system.

It is clear that this company WILL NOT send you your order or your money back unless you take drastic measures & to avoid putting a company such as payfast in disrepute people should shut this company down.

I phoned payfast & requested a refund from them & then laid a complaint with their fraudulent department. I will also be opening a case at SAPS against this company & suggest that EVERYONE on here to the same.

this fng store must be shut down someone is going to get hurt here we bouaght a radio from them in nov still no radio still no refund just a lot of b/s stories id dont know what else to do iv tried to contact cart blanch aswell but no reply but trust me if go there and hurt one of them wham your famose in no time

What is the way forward? When is the expected delivery date?
And after how many days do we come to a conclusion that there will be no delivery and that a refund will be done?

Scam store. They take your money and you never hear from them. Don't use them. Still waiting for items ordered in Nov 2023

Worst on line company.
Ordered on line in December 2023. Order was never received.
Struggling to get my refund.

This company is only out there to scam unsuspecting customers. Vat reg no does not exist, company registration is Deal Hub ( another scam) or Some property development company( Also does not exist)

Made the mistake of ordering online from them, several e mails and phone calls( If they answer) nothing received and no refund!

Stay away !!!

Never order online if you haven`t verified their details first. . . .Lesson learned

I think they should just change the name to ''UNRELIABLE STORE'' they never deliver on time, you call them, you hang on forever until you run out of airtime, they dont answer calls either

If you want to buy something and never get it, then this is the store for you. They ignore your communications and products never arrive. USELESS!!

The star is only so that I can comment. The most UNRELIABLE STORE, if it even exists. The service is disgusting to say the very least. NEVER will I have any further dealing with these useless people. Whoever the owner/s are, you should be ashamed of yourself. I will make every effort to spread the word, that I can promise you. Just rubbish!

This will absolutely be the last time I will order from "Relaible Store"!! Shockingly pathetic service! Been waiting now FOREVER for my order. Received a mail a while back from Buffalo Courier services (BUFZA6021184923YQ stating that CUSTOMS VAT AND DUTY CAN BE PAID NOW. Does it mean I must pay it on top of the amount I allready paid???? Tried to contact your representitives but litterly hold on for more than an hour- just gave up later!! Ag no man- how can you do bussiness like this! Starting to wonder if this is a scam.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD SHUT DOWN I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY REFUND EVER SINCE THE BEGINING OF THIS YEAR NUMEROUS OF PHONE CALLS WITH A ON HOLD PERIOD OF 68min and when i am 1st in line they drop the call because they know my office landline number SCAMMERS i wont leave them!!!!i will be driving to that adress with my AK47 ,,I DONT GET WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL OPEN WHEN THEY SCAMMING THE WHOLE ENTIRE WORLD?????????????

Ordered on 17 Oct 2023 for ZAR 3500, products were never delivered, notification only after weeks that products are not available, refund requested, numerous emails followed...to date many months later still no refund received. CAUTION: If you order from this shop Reliablestore your money is gone.

Absolute scam stay as far away as possible, I made the mistake of not checking them out first. Made a purchase at the beginning of the year, no items delivered and also no refund upon request. STAY AWAY - UPDATE: if you have been caught out, I recommend that you work through the payment gateway Payfast (for now) to assist you with reimbursements. After reaching out to them directly I had the money back in my account within 3 days. The attitude changed quickly when they understood that I was going through their Gateway as that's the only means that they can continue their business activities.

Shocking customer service, I waited 6 weeks for my item to arrive. They sent a competley different product to what I ordered.
After 4 ignored emails I got a reply to say they would send a replacement. I waited for 4 weeks, resent emails to find out where my item was and I get absolutely no response.
When you call the help line, you wait for 15min to be told a manager will call you back, which never happens.
The site should be shut down.

Gave a 2-star rating because I did receive my order. Ordered on the fourth of December 2023, received by order on 19th of Feb 2024. I ordered a red violin and received a blue one.

They need to mention on their site that they ship from China, the website makes it seem that the stock is in South Africa. They also make use of sea freight, which takes a lot longer.
