Reliablestore Avis 

I went to the RELIABLE STORE in Constantia Kloof and purchased some items in February 24 and was told I would receive the items within 2 weeks. It is now 6 May and I still haven't heard from them. Last Friday I went to their store only to find our from the guard at the gate that they have moved but they don't know where they are now. I have tried phoning them and was on the line for 35 minutes without speaking to anyone. I have sent emails but
they don't reply. How do I report the as a scam company.

My parcel a Audi A4 roof Arial was delivered at long last sfter 2months of waiting I'm still waiting for an Audi a4 6speed gear lever which to be honest I now know it will eventually get here after the driver who dropped off the parcel explained a few things to me. Their communication is horrible because of staff and other factors (orders do cone from China and elsewhere by ship) that's why it took forever I also had given up was about to ask for a refund but for some reason I didn't bother. Long and short... you might as well wait than ask for a refund which will complicate things even more.

Don't ever order or buy ...You will mostly likely never ever receive your order .... no updates . No responses after numerous emails...if anyone has any advise as to how to go about getting my money back kindly advise

The "company" is a scam. I ordered on 4th of April 2024 1x car phone holder and 16 TB external hard drive. Still waiting. One stupid excuse after the other. I will be making a theft case against them and broadcast their name everywhere. I will not advise ANYONE to place an order from this company EVER.....

I ordered an item mid-Feb, I was never given a tracking number. I followed up via email a few times but eventually they stopped responding. The item still has not arrived. I requested a refund a few times and this was also ignored.

The "company" is a scam. I ordered in january 2024 2x batteries for impact wrench. Still waiting. One stupid excuse after the other. Then i asked for my money back and even more excuses. I will be making a theft case against them and broadcast their name everywhere. I gave them till 5pm TODAY to refund me or the gloves are coming off. Im sick and tired of begging for MY money back

Purchased a product on 30 Jan 2024 and by 12 Apr 2024 still not delivered.

Always bunch of thieves place order for a 700 rand shoes and most funnies order still on his way via SHIP close that place and the owner mustn't sit in an office he deserve to sit in a kennel witch is an insult for the pet

Bought a full face crash helmet from Reliable on 2024/03/07, order number 75051.
Paid in full with credit card amount of R1333.99.
Tried to call Reliable on 010 824 6750 on several occasions, held on for 45 minutes call was not answered
Tried to email inquiring about order, on several occasions. Latest email on 24/04/10
Reliable promised to contact me within 48 hours which never happened!! Reliable issued ticket number C77F2L
Reliable is a fraudulent concern and nothing but a lot of scammers!!!

I bought a Laser Engraver Feb 2024 for a month nothing then I ask for a refund. Send 7 times my details and all documents they asked for. My emails are now return to me. I want my money back. Cant afford to loose R4000.. They are scammers but not going to leave it there. I am going to take law in my own hands now

I had made a purchase on the 18th March 2024 of Order #75413 "x2 Low Loss RG58 Wifi Cables"

Due to suspicious and unscrupulous business practices of Reliable Consultants,my order ended up being unfulfilled.I tried to repeatedly request for a refund by reaching Reliablestore through Emails and phone calls but they kept on making futile excuses up until they decided to terminated thier Emails altogether.They are nothing but a bunch of scammers,till today ,I still don't have my refund

Stay away from this online store

This has got to rank as my worst online shopping experience of all time. I received this from them "...This email is to confirm your order on 02/23/2024. Your order number is 74488" and since then NOTHING has transpired. Emails are returned, phone calls ignored and then put on hold for hours. My view is we need to collectively report this firm to the authorities as they seem to be a scam!

Poor service and unreliable online company
I ordered a car cover at reliable store on the 22nd of February. Made numerous follow ups. Empty promises were made until today. I now keep getting messages to pay for a package via a courier company that I had asked them to confirm if it has my expected package or not. I haven't received any response from them to date!!! They are not available on the phone! I strongly believe that this is a scam!!!

I ordered bathroom taps to the value of over R 1000 on 26 February 2024. To date, with email and follow-up phonecall (which no one ever responded to), I still have not received the goods. Online reviews show that this online store yet has to receive one positive comment, from which I (along with dozens of other reviewers) conclude they are fraudsters! I have also contacted PayFast - the financial platform they use for payments. I yet await a response from them too since they are enabling this fraudulent activity to take place. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THE RELIABLE STORE! They are everything but reliable!

I cancelled my order and I am still waiting for a refund from November 2023 do not use this store they are pathetic. They just escalate and don't ever get back toy

this store is really very bad and i can prove it , can we actually sue this store .
