Reliablestore.co.za is misleading and not trustworthy, with no customer services at all. Awaiting for my tracking number, everything is paid and no parcel.
They not responding to emails, can't get them on the phone. A big disappointment from this Unreliable Online Store.

I purchased my order on 1 May 2024.
I was told it would take 2 to 4 weeks.
I still don't have a tracking number, I have emailed repeatedly, and still NO confirmation of the delivery of my order???
all this...our sincere apologies BS!

I made a purchase and never received my order, i request to be refunded but still nothing they don't reply to mail the land line just goes on endless loop, really utterly disappointed.

This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. Their name should be UNRELIABLE Store. I ordered a cable for my POS Scanner on 15 November. Their communication is UNreliable to non-existent, They sell items they have no stock of and then you pay for it by credit card. Then the wait starts. You can not reach them by phone and rarely by email. Their service is useless and they should be labeled as fraudsters on the internet.
DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM unreliable STORE!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the item 16 April 2024. To date I have not yet received a tracking number. They responded to my email request with "We estimate that it will take 10- 20 Business days from the date you placed an order to deliver your order."
That was the last. They never returned after any of my following mails.
THEY are making it difficult to trust online sales and lowering trust that other businesses have to face.

Un-Reliable store online = wish I had read the reviews on the company before I had processed my purchase.

1st of May 2024 I mad a payment of over 1k and to-date I have not received my product nor have they responded in any form. next stop is the goods and services ombudsman.

Serious Concerns Regarding Order and Customer Service

Based on multiple reviews from various customers, it is evident that I am not alone in experiencing such problems.

Given the overwhelming negative feedback and my own personal experience, I am deeply concerned about the reliability and integrity of Reliable Store.

Placed order 22 days ago. Still waiting. No responce to emails regarding delivery or tracking no. Waiting 30 minutes for telephone call.

Only wish I would have checked the reviews earlier. Neither received funds from an earlier cancellation nor did I receive the new order (for which I paid a second time).........How can an online scammer like this continue to exist for months on end.....

The absolute most pathetic online store ever. DO NOT PURCHASE from this group. They are far from reliable. Complete opposite. You cannot get hold of them, (dont waste your time) and they do not respond to emails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They are a complete scam.

Many thousands of South African customers have already reported this scam website for taking people's money for online orders yet "RELIABLE STORE" never delivers parcels to anyone!
Hello Peter and Trustpilot.com have thousands of reports from customers who have been scammed by RELIABLE STORE (UNRELIABLE SCAM STORE)!
Payfast has received thousands of reports from customers, yet Payfast continues to assist this **** website with GRAND THEFT STEALING from thousands of South African customers!!
The only reason we 'trusted' this store and made an online purchase with them is because we saw PAYFAST was their payment gateway, which we trusted!!! assuming that PAYFAST would never involve its business with the complicit grand theft of thousands of customers! what we are doing next is contacting all the s‎cammed customers to launch a class action lawsuit against 'We Build Property (Pty)' Ltd. T/A 'Reliable Store' and 'Payfast by Network' for doing this! They will be shut down over this.

On 11th Feb this year I purchased a 16TB SSD hard drive from this dealer and after checking other reports, it appears that this item is a scam! (I should have known that a 16TB ssd would not cost only R1344,95). I cancelled the order less than 2 hours after paying for it but despite many, many emails and non replies etc, I received the package via courier. GGRRR!! After much trouble, they are now ignoring all my attempts to contact them and have to date not been successful in obtaining a refund (which by the way was agreed to and approved by Sello Ranthako Reliable Store Sales Rep). Should we all get together and formulate a lawsuit against them and CLOSE THE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS DOWN??

This is the worst online store to deal with. Over a year as passed and my refund is still not paid to me. This company is a scam and should be shut down. I will be going to the consumer complaint commission as well laying a fraud charge with the police.

They should be called the UNRELIABLE store! Placed an order which should have been delivered in 10 to 20 days..never arrived. After numerous emails to be told Order had been dispatched and would be received in 7 working days. When it wasn't and I queried yet again, I was told so sorry but item was out of stock!! So what was "dispatched" then?? They offered to refund us. Its 4 months and still nothing. If its not a scam its extremely bad business ethics and I don't recommend this online site to anyone. Use at your own risk

Will never recommend to order from this strore , still waiting for my parcel after 3 months, if there was a option for a no star i would use that option... i think they must change their name from Reliablestrore to Disappoiningtstore.... I've sent email after email nothing asking for refund and nothing .......

Went through to there offices.in FLORIDA Glen....it doesn't exist...tracked there offices to Weltevreden.....said they had moved...they had miss placed my order...I must come collect today...all sitting around..some one apparently left it at home...no apologies...wouldn't recommend any one using them, they appauling...they will go down.

Reliablestore is a scam. On 23 March 2024 I ordered a Power Voltage Transformer. They acknowledged the order on 26 April and informed me that its being processed. I emailed them on 3, 7 and 14 may to enquire about delivery. I got no response. I called their help line (010 824 6750) on 13 May, was informed that I was 8th in the queue and waiting time was 20 minutes. after 2 hours I was 2 in the queue with a waiting time of 2 minutes. This then steadily went up to 90 minutes before I hung up. I called them again on 14 may and was advised that I am 8 in the queue with a waiting time of 20 minutes. I hung up as its obviously a scam.

We have ordered on the 4th of March and have not received anything as yet.

We are very unhappy about the service we are getting and the little “updates” we receive are false and inaccurate.

I was told the item should be delivered by the 22nd of April 2024.

Each time we call in, we are given a different reason/excuse as to why the item is being delayed.

I have been trying to call 2 days in a row now with no answer.
