Girls were so helpful

I was en route from Cornwall to Nth Wales last week and following an overnight stay in Hinckley I visited the Research Garage Peugeot dealership on the off chance of grabbing some details of the 3008 before heading home. I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised by my greeting there and my experience thereafter. It was absolutely excellent. Nav, a sales executive there took me through everything I wanted to know about the car. Not only was he extremely courteous and polite he was also very knowledgeable about the car too. He even arranged a test drive there and then for me in the 3008, which I was very impressed with, before I headed home. I'm still at the decision making stage about a new car, but I would certainly recommend the Research Garage dealership in Hinckley, and in particular Nav, to anyone looking to purchase a new Peugeot or indeed one of their used cars if politeness and brand knowledge is on your list of things you expect from a dealership.

We purchased a 10 months old Peugeot from this dealership. At the garage we saw Nav Phull who was very pleasant and professional. He could not have been any more helpful, providing use with a long test drive.
Additionally, they gave us the best valuation for our vehicle, that we had received by £500.

Matthew Blake and the team were brilliant getting my new car sorted in such a short time, completely hassle free, aftercare was excellent, extremely friendly and helpful, information given, products offered and service were all exceptional from start to finish! Would highly recommend 5*

I have just spoken to an advisor called Lee from Hinckley Research Garage. His mannerism is appalling and he desperately requires "educating" on how to speak to customers. He stated that i needed to stop talking and allow him to speak not realising there was a delay with the call. When I questioned the way he spoke to me as a client and whether this was acceptable he stated that it was and he was right to come across that way. If I could rate zero stars that is exactly what he would be rated. I have lost 2 minutes of my valuable time speaking to a rude embarrassment of an adviser working for your company.

The receptionist is very rude and only welcome the old customer.

I called to make booking for next day because my car tire was flat. The receptionlist told me a time and didn't clearly said the date is different from my request.
Next day, I drive my car to the gargage and asked for help. The receptionist said I came in wrong date and refused to handle it. I beg my car can't wait and unable to drive it to there again because the tire is died. He coolly said if you can't come, I will delete your booking. So I stopped begging and left. After that, he talked to next customer that I wasted his time 1 minute.
Although I am a new customer and only small business of my car, I should not be treated like that.

I will not go to this garage anymore.

Research Peugeot Hinckley.

Our Peugeot 2008 developed a fault with the electronic immobiliser/steering lock. It wouldn’t start and the handbrake wouldn’t come off.

I spoke to Martyn over the phone and we managed to get it on 2 days later.

Fault diagnosed with excellent communication and they communicated our option for the fix.

2 days later part was ordered and fitted and we got the car back that day.

Special mentions to Martyn and Sadie for being fab and putting up with our phone calls.

Blake was very helpful went to look for a small car for myself and left with what I’ve always wanted …. My very first car but obviously an extremely updated version. All staff were friendly and helpful. Received a call the next day to make sure everything was okay.

Sanjay was very nice to deal with made the process easy and kept me updated with progress of the sale/collection. This is the 2nd car I have bought this dealership and have been very happy on both occasions.

I had a service and utility belt replacement done by Karl on my smart car forfour .

Karl did a great job really pleased, good value for money and really friendly staff too.

Karl also advised me about my front tyres was wearing on the edge of them.

I've now had them replaced and the tracking done also. Excellent service.
