My Renault Wind was booked in 13/7/26 for a broken spring replacement, from the start I was advised of costs incurred, the staff were very pleasant & helpful. After the repair was carried out the car was washed, hoovered & delivered back to my home. Well done everyone.

The ladies on the service desk are super friendly, helpful and efficient.

This is where I would get another Fiat from, very lovely staff which makes a lot of difference.

I have bad luck with cars. We've had our Pug 5008 monster bus for a year now and it was our first service with Research. Had a payment plan to not sting so much. But it's still a nice feeling to know you dont have to pay for your full service and MOT, and it gets cleaned in and out. Nice staff too.

Brilliant experience with Sanjay at Jeep. Not changed car in a number of years and Sanjay was helpful and informative and made the buying process seamless and stress free. Sanjay really goes the extra mile to look after his customers with little extra touches that are really appreciated.

From the initial visit to check out a Fiat 500 I'd found online, through to purchasing, Blake at the Research dealership in Nuneaton, was brilliant. No pushy tactics, just pure professionalism. Every time I call the Peugeot dealership in Hinckley the phone is answered by a charming upbeat person, so I'm smiling before I even speak!!! I've only dealt with the service department, but every time the experience is great whether for diagnostic or straightforward service work ... cannot recommend highly enough!!!!

Completely useless
Gave them my phone number and email, kept telling me they were wrong and messaged through Auto trader
Test drove an expensive car and asked various things to come back to me about. A week later they sent me nonsense about batteries which was nothing to do with what I asked!
Arrogant and ignorant

Very poor experience with the service department at Research Garage Fiat Nuneaton.

One issue was fixed under warranty, but another problem I reported was dismissed without proper investigation. It felt like they were unwilling to accept there was an issue rather than trying to diagnose it.

I also wasn’t contacted when the car was ready and had to return the next day to collect it.

When I raised these concerns, the manager told me he would make a note not to accept me as a customer in the future.

This gives the impression that if you question their assessment or report a problem, you are no longer welcome. Very disappointing service from a Fiat main dealer.

I booked my Peugeot 3008 into Peugeot Reserch Garage Hinckley for two fuses to be changed as it requires them to do it. I understood that I would have to pay 1 to 2 hours labour. I was charged £270 for 1.5 hours work to change 2 fuses. Not happy with them at all.

I recently purchased a Vauxhall Corsa (BJ20 VAX) from Research Garage Nuneaton and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Matthew Blake was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. His service was impeccable — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. He made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable, which is rare when buying a car.

Nothing felt rushed or pressured, and he took the time to answer every question and make sure I was completely comfortable with my purchase. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.
