Shop was a little noisy with people talking over each other and a television going, however I felt happy that I had received the advice needed and was happy to purchase the product. It was delivered swiftly, well packed and on time.

Delivery was extremely prompt, within a day of the one-week window. The products themselves are of the highest quality. In-store support was excellent. My purchase of a Chord Qutest did not start well. I went to the Cheltenham store and after discussions I was offered an 'open box' Qutest from another store which I arranged to be delivered direct to my home address. Sadly it came in a grubby and scratched state, without its power cord and USB cord. Once I had returned it to the Cheltenham store the manager, Jason, appreciated the the issues and disappointment. He immediately offered me a new Qutest for the price of the open box. This was a happy resolution.
