Knowledgeable staff who explain things clearly. I had a delivery delay of 10 days which they were also able to accommodate.

Good advice from shop staff, painstaking explanation and response to questions and requests, friendly support in the choosing process wthout pressure.
Issue with delivery - although everyhing was intanct - boxes dameged but contents OK - I was not informed about moving back of delivery by 2 hours and there were difficulties with the goods acceptance system.

Have always used Richer Sounds Cheltenham for TV's for as long as I can remember. The staff are and have always been very friendly and helpful. Great prices and advice too. The TV I purchased (55" Samsung QN90F) is seriously impressive.

I phoned the Cheltenham store searching for Dali Spektor 1 speakers .. Pat said he would do a search and phone me back which he did which is so refreshing .. Pat located the speakers in their Stockport store.. they were sent to Cheltenham store for me to collect .. really chuffed with them.. I previously bought Soektor 2 from yourselves unfortunately these have been discontinued.
These speakers are perfect for the room we need them for.

To have the product [55” TV] delivered and installed within less than 24hrs of order speaks convincingly of the outstanding service provided by this company. M Lomas

Ordered in the shop after a useful discussion with the sales rep and arrived very promptly.

I called with a question about my turntable which wasn’t working correctly, my call was handled quickly and politely when they asked me to take it to the shop for testing. Once I had done that I received a call to say it would need to be returned to the manufacturer, and was advised it was still under warranty, plus the expected timescale. Fantastic service as always! The team are so knowledgeable and it’s easy to the trust them. So important. Thank you.

I bought my first Hi-Fi system from Richer Sounds Stockport over 40 years ago - was once served by a young man called Julian (wonder what happened to him?!). So when it came to getting a new system I didn't consider anywhere else.
As always, the Richer Sounds team were great - Pat at Cheltenham was well-informed, patient and immensely helpful. I came away with a new Yamaha amp and a new Argon turntable, and the sound quality is excellent. However, totally thanks to Pat I also bought a little 'We Are Rewind' cassette player, which is fantastic. Not only am I really enjoying all my vinyls again, I've also had great fun finding my old cassettes and listening to them.

Richard was very helpful in deciding what tv to purchase giving benefit from his experience. Its a pity that more smaller tv's were not on display to view (we don't always want to buy a 65" tv). I have bought several tv's from Richer Sounds in the past and find their knowledge very helpful. A very easy and pleasant transaction.

Efficient and professional staff. After I enquired about a certain television they called within a couple of days to say that they had moved it from the warehouse to the shop. Went in to look at it, and after I had bought it the chap kindly lifted it into my boot once I had pulled the car round.

While outstanding customer service is simply a standard norm at Richer Sounds, it still deserves a 5-star mention.

Literally buying a cheapest-of-the-cheap TV for a small space in my mum's kitchen, so I went in knowing exactly what was required. It was all processed with total professionalism and dealt with perfectly with no upselling attempts.

As usual, I will surely be back soon when I am spending many hundreds (or more, shhh!) on a much-bigger spec TV.
