Fantastic
Staff at the Prestwich store in Manchester was so helpful with my TV entertainment that I required the delivery was seamless and the delivery drivers carried the equipment upstairs into my flat and was so friendly and helpful I would fully recommend richer sounds fantastic service

From knowledgeable helpful advice on which 55 inch screen to buy from Hoole Chester store yesterday 07/09 to Mark and Gareth very friendly and efficient delivery today 08/09. Couldn't ask for better I always recommend Richer Sounds as I know that's what I will receive.

I would like to say a big thank you to Gareth and Mark for their excellent service. My wife was at home when the delivery arrived, and as the TV and soundbar were both very large and heavy, they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to place everything exactly where she asked them to.
They were both extremely friendly, polite and professional throughout, and their helpful attitude really made a difference. It was especially reassuring knowing my wife didn’t have to struggle with such a large and heavy TV herself.
We really appreciate the care and kindness they showed. Gareth and Mark are a credit to Richer Sounds and are a great example of how good customer service should be.

Tracey and Trav were excellent. Rang ahead, no fuss, very friendly and very respectful of our home - they were super careful about where to put the delivery so it wouldn’t be knocked or damaged and made sure that they didn’t walk in mess from outside.

Excellent delivery experience
Excellent delivery experience. We were informed of delivery day and time. We got a text to update when the team were 20 minutes away. Delivered by Gareth and Karol who were polite, professional and helpful. Cannot fault the experience so far. This is the 3rd TV purchased from Richer Sounds.
