Richer Sounds - Exeter Avis

Superb quality Marantz cd player that compares favourably with other more expensive options.
The sound separation is excellent, and the unit matches my Marantz amplifier.
The unit was delivered right on time as usual.
Excellent all-round service from Richer Sounds.

You always make it easy and make me feel relaxed and confident as the customer. I I wish I could buy more from you!

Great experience from initial phone call to see if store had 32” TVs in stock to completing purchase in store. Staff know the products and are friendly.

Good service. Phoned back to provide the required information. Stylus delivered promptly.

Great Service as expected. The guys in Exeter are always helpful. Can't find cheaper deals anywhere else. Quick delivery assigned. Informative on delivery day. Had a couple of questions which the guys answered straight away.
Thank you, keep up the good work.

Nick was knowledgable, helpful and friendly, without any pressure to buy.

My experience with Richer Sounds is always positive. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and they don’t push too hard for sales.
I had a problem that they fixed for me very easily and would go back without hesitation. The price was superb due to an offer.

Great staff that know their products well.. 👍

Excellent customer service and great quality products

Great service as usual, item wasn’t in stock but they ordered it in overnight and phoned the next day to say it was available (was more convenient for me to collect rather than have delivered to home which they also offered). Great store, friendly staff, great prices. Can’t ask for any more.

Nick who answered every question and gave me good information so I ordered over the phone there and then. I would recommend Richer Sounds for any appliance you might need. I shall certainly buy from them again when I need something

Very helpful and went extra mile to find me the right product.

I had to order sight unseen as I could not leave home at the moment.
Steve at Exeter gave me a lot of time and good advice

Mark and Pete very helpful in Exeter. Also have a good knowledge about hdmi cables and cinema room set ups.
In fact all the staff have been exceptional. Including sorting problem with a remote control.

Knowledgeable and very professional staff!
Thanks very much.

So happy to go to Richer Sounds and get what we wanted. The guys were so helpful and polite, knowledgeable too. The actual place has parking too if needed and the deal for guarantee for 6 years at £30 was superb. Delivery was next day. A great shopping experience.

Very responsive and went out of their way to sort things

Quick service great product and a company you can put your trust in

Excellent service from knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would not shop anywhere else for TV's etc
