Knowledgeable staff
I wanted some connectors for my speaker. I didn't know exactly what was wanted, so it was perfect that the man in the shop knew. I bought them, connected them and now I have stereo sound again. Thank you.

Refundable insurance premium if no claim
We had a 6 year insurance on a Humax, refundable if no claim. We asked for a refund after 6 years and got it instantly

Have used Richer Sounds for many years and have always received good service.
Although after saying that, I purchased the latest Humax aura set top box and had a couple of issues with it. So I phoned yourselves in the hope that I would get the normal helpful advice and was told that you had none of this model on site and best to contact Humax!
