Richer Sounds - Tunbridge Wells Avis 

I bought a 55 inch Panasonic TV from Richer Sounds in Tunbridge Wells. Although I was confident I had done due diligence on the TV I initially wished to purchase for a specific commercial purpose, a Samsung, Joe the manager gave me insite and good advice which turned my attention towards the Panasonic. He allowed me access to the screen with my own device and then gave me three options on my final purchase - new, demo and factory returned. I got a blinding deal, a fantastic TV and it was delivered to my living room the next day as promised. In this day and age where customer service and delivery companies constantly let you down, I was thrilled to know that all is not lost. Well done Joe and team, well done Richer Sounds. 👏

Have always had a good experience with Richer Sounds. They seem to stock the best range of quality items backed up by the 1970s/1980s customer service ethic that has sadly been lost.
The genuinely seems to want help customers rather than just sell you something and can't do enough to help.

Good smart TV purchase

Bought my first Hi-Fi separates package from Richer Sounds in Tunbridge Wells. The team was very helpful in selecting the package within my budget. I'm very pleased with the quality and sound and it is great to now be able to listen to my old LPs and singles.

Spoke to a rep who was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Gave me a very reasonable deal on a soundbar. Delivered in perfect condition, but they did tell me it was a return, and gave a discount because of that.

I would have given 5 stars, had it not been for my one previous experience with them quite some time ago. On that occasion, the London salesman was rude, impatient, and ended a sentence with a drawn-out 'Sir', said with such contempt and sarcasm, I didn't contact them again for many years.

I am glad I gave them another chance.

I ordered a record player. I wasn’t that keen on the website . I thought it was very hard to find and use . I finely found what I wanted and went to the shop in Tunbridge wells. I did try to ring before we went there but nobody answered the phone . When we got there they had nothing in stock in store or on line .The man was very helpful but I came out with nothing. The only thing that kept me not buying from anywhere else was how reasonable priced Richer sounds are. The item I wanted finally came into stock . I ordered it . It came the next day. Amazing delivery and well worth the wait. It’s the best record player I have ever had . Very good service.

Purchased a Two pairs of Chord Signature XLR cables through clearance. Store waa able to proviide one pair on site. They dligently procueed the other pair from another branch at the other end of the country. Big shout out to Joseph the store Manager. And thanks to RS for excellent products at a very favourable price. Time now to enjoy!

I thought that as Richersounds deal with high spec TVs they might be a little snobby about my budget and requirements. I had looked online but needed to know the new TV would fit and meet my requirements. They were so helpful, not patronising at all and gave me all the info I needed. I then had the TV delivered to the store so I didn’t have to wait in for a home delivery. Easy parking and the TV was carried to my car
And yes as promised was able to set it all up myself at home ( but with the reassurance I could ring if I got stuck)

Richer Sounds offers the best combination of price warranties and customer support. I have always found the right product and deal at RC and never had to look anywhere else. Store staff at Swiss Cottage and Tunbridge Wells are super helpful , well informed and pleasant. Love the fact that you can track product availability and in store deals across all stores. VIP deals offer outstanding value.
