Excellent service
The quality of there furniture is very good, they use best quality materials, it’s very durable, it lasts forever, the service of Roche Babois in Harrods is excellent, the salesman Jay is very polite professional and honest, I have been dealing with him for many years and he’s really good, he gives me the right advice by telling me which furniture to choose for the size of my apartment.

Avoid this boutique
I note that Roche Bobois generally enjoys a strong reputation for service; however, my recent experience at the Harrods location with Ms Kretschmar fell significantly short of these expectations. From the outset, her manner was overly forceful and transactional, with minimal effort to understand my requirements or to provide informed guidance through the collection.
There was no meaningful attempt to introduce suitable alternatives or to add value through professional consultation. Instead, the interaction appeared focused on securing a straightforward and expedited sale. I found the process difficult and unproductive, even prior to placing an order, which was disappointing given the standards associated with the Roche Bobois brand.

We moved into our new home in January…

I ordered online, not at the showroom, so this email questionnaire is wrong (it suggests I visited the showroom).
I have no email record (or any record) of my purchase, in spite of having been promised an email receipt.
