Excellent experience
Completely because of Mariana Kretzschmar who was incredibly helpful without being pushy or overbearing. I had gone to Harrods to look around (ie no intention of purchasing any items from Roche Boboise) but ended up purchasing dining chairs, bar stools, poofs and coffee table from her! Great knowledge and suggestions, conscientious and timely follow-ups, efficient and effective, extremely courteous and a joy to interact with.

Two weeks ago, I visited Harrods and stopped by the Roche Bobois showroom, where I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sebastian. From the moment we walked in, Sebastian made us feel incredibly welcome with his warm and professional approach. His deep knowledge of the brand, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm for design made the entire experience exceptional.
Sebastian took the time to understand our needs, offering insightful advice and guiding us through the selection process with patience and expertise. His impeccable customer service and ability to create a seamless shopping experience were so impressive that we ended up purchasing two sofas!
