The representative was kind and courteous and was able to find my information and explain what process my account was being handled. She promptly answered both of my questions with great knowledge and informed me that she would send me an email and that I would receive it on Friday helping me change bank information for my payment. She asked me if she could assist me in any way or if I had any more questions. Superb employee!! Future leader for your business.

Nightmare!
So far dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I'm on hold forever when I call. One person to the next has no clue what's going on with my account. I had changed my account information and have been dealing with them to get things straightened for almost a month now and it's still HORRIBLE. I am starting to question this business and whether they will truly be able to help me.

Still pretty new to the group
Still pretty new to the group. I've been trying to call in for my monthly meeting. I am out in hold, being told (electronically) that I am caller one. 45 min later, I am still in hold. I have tried leaving my number, according to their prompt that a representative will call me back later. That was three days ago. I called again today and was in hold for an hour before I gave up. I'm starting to get a little leery. I found a local number and called "my" attorney directly. He wasn't in the office and I left a voice mail. Time will tell....
