Red Rock Estate & Property Management Avis 

Absolutely shocking that some people have given 5 stars! I honestly doubt the genuineness.
RRPM has been 'managers' for almost a year now. The building has not been cleaned for months now. The main entrance door is left broken for weeks (and sometimes months) without repair. The intercom system is not working for months now. There's water leak in the basement car park, months and years now. And its absolutely unprofessional the way communication is handled (if at all) at RRPM. It takes weeks, sometimes months to receive a reply regarding issues raised with evidences. If this is called property 'management' then I don't know what will be 'mismanagement'!

We have had this company in our building for a year now. Total incompetence and neglect on every level. Serious issues with the accounts they sent out. Major fire and safety risks unaddressed.

I have been dealing with Richard Ward since we employed Red Rock as our Managing Agents, and he had been wonderful to deal with. He is always available, he listens and he is helpful whenever possible. He is a real gentleman!

Criminals.
The lack of communication, accountability and customer service has been shocking. We spent months chasing for responses, only to be ignored. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ania Staniszewska has been incredibly helpful and proactive throughout my client's post-completion registration process. Her professionalism and efficiency has been unmatched.

Beverly has been fantastic! She’s incredibly responsive. Every time we’ve sent an email, she gets back to us really quickly. The whole team at the company clearly tries their best to respond as fast as possible. They’ve made managing our property so much smoother. Highly recommend.

Dealing with Stacey regarding my billing issues. Stacey has been very helpful and has been quick with any correspondence. Red Rock have been good on acting on property issues.
The only issue is regarding the wording on the billing if that can be less intimidating that would help all your customers.
