Stumbled upon this company by accident after unsuccessfully trying to find someone to remove and dispose of our piano at a reasonable cost. I filled out the enquiry form in the late afternoon and had some quotes that evening. The piano was removed by 10am the next day by a very efficient recycling company with no fuss at all. I was skeptical about how this would work but I am really pleased with the result. Will definitely use Rubbish.com again - a great service. Thank you.

This was a great customer experience. Received multiple quotes, was able to book in with the company that offered the best price. The removal team that I went with arrived at the agreed time and provided an excellent service. I would certainly use rubbish.com again

Had a guy called Daniel was absolutely rubbish was supposed to come at 12pm turned up at 4.30pm then took money only to say he would be back later to pick up stuff he couldn't get into the van as it was too small never turned up so please don't use them as it's a scam disgusting company

I have checked our online system and surprisingly I don’t believe you ever requested a quote via Rubbish.com nor did we carry work out for you. Taking money and not delivering a service is NOT what we do. In fact customers pay after the job is completed!

We had a piano we couldn't give away but three minutes after filling in the quote form I had a phone call and the piano was gone the following morning. Perfect.
