Runkd claims to be a .co.uk website however it is infact Italian and hence be prepared to pay 70 quid more than advertised priced as there will be VAT and an import charge raised by the courier. I know they say its on their website from previous reviews but so many people keep making the same mistake its clearly requires further clarity. Save yourself stress and just use another website - utter nonsense and a scam

If you visit a site selling sports…
If you visit a site selling sports equipment in pounds sterling you may foolishly think you are buying from the Uk !
Unfortunately if you buy from this company you will actually pay around 20% more than Uk prices .
Read all reviews not just the positive , there’s a reason they are getting 1 star , buy at your own risk .
I didn’t even receive an apology which probably would have calmed me , instead I’m being portrayed as the person in the wrong .
It seems to me like they are intent on committing commercial suicide by the way they treat customers .
Very disappointed !!

The English version of our website comes with UK as country and GBP as currency by default in order to make the site easier to navigate for our clients.
However, as we have previously explained you, it is stated in the in the cart that this is a shipment from the EU and on the upper bar of the website it is possible to change currency/country.
We are sorry that our service didn't satisfy you, however all the necessary information is provided before checkout and there is an unskippable message that warns about import duties for extra EU customers.

I qas kind of hesitant at forst to buy, due to the few bad ratings
However the pricwpoint on the shows was great and I therefore purchased anyway.
Delivery was 9 days from putting in the order.
One thing that was annoying, was that I recieved a tracking number, but this states that the parcel is still in Italy but has just been recieved in Denmark, this goves unnessisary concerns.
All in all - would for sure buy again!

I ordered a pair of shoes, North Face Vectiv Pro. I paid for them using my debitcard. Two days later I get an email telling me the order has been cancelled to to that the shoe is no longer available. I then sent an email using another personal email to their custumor support and they say ”Yes we have the shoe in stock”. I have not got my money back yet.

Unfortunately we were obliged to cancel your order since the shoe in the size you have ordered was out of stock. Refund has been made as soon as the order was canceled, however please note that transactions can take more days to reflect in credit cards.
We confirm that we received an email regarding stock of this shoe, however the question was generic and didn't specify the size of the product. Therefore our team replied that the availability of the product is shown on the website by clicking the colour and size of the item. We didn't state that the shoe size you ordered is available, and you can also see in the product page that it is clearly indicated as "Not available".

Never had such a poor experience
Never had such a poor customer service experience. Issue with my padel racket after only 3 months. Waiting for a solution now for almost 2 months where the Runkd customer service keeps saying they are waiting for their supplier to answer and they can't do anything. Purchase and logistics where fine but as soon as you have any issues their service is the worst I've ever experienced.

Fedex delivered to someone else that not me. I can not have ask of the photo proving delivered neither get a refund. Will never buy from them again. They keep saying is FEDEX fault....

It was my first time shopping with this company because of very competitive prices. Even if it has higher cost of delivery the price was still cheaper than anywhere else!! And I gave this high score because everything you would expect to be involved in any online purchase and delivery went exactly as it should.
Acknowledgement emails of state of my order to proximity of delivery was faultless.
The purchase arrived when expected, and within the promised time-line, suitably packaged with the product in perfect condition.

purchased a pair of trainers from here because they were in a sale plus had a discount code taking them under £130 pound. This means that even though they are from Italy you will not pay customs charges because any goods purchased under 135 GBP are exempt from customs charges. Lo and behold 8 days later I receive a letter stating that I need to pay a customs charge of £70. This means that RUNKD obviously filled their paperwork in incorrectly. The charge takes the price way above what I could have got the trainers for here in the uk. I have emailed RunKD twice for help and they still havnt got back to me. Don’t fall into the same trap that I did and purchase from the UK. They also have a co.uk website which disguises the fact that everything is shipped from Italy and vulnerable to huge import taxes.

Would give no stars, total scam!
Placed order on 27th May and still no sign of my order!
My order was never delivered and have seen my order was exported back to Italy.
In contacting the company I am given nothing but excuses with being told they are investigating this matter with their courier. Have repeatedly asked for a refund only to be told the same as above.
Total scam that I am ashamed to say I have fallen for to the sun of £80.
AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COST.

Don’t buy from this company ever if based in uk
I ordered a pair of trainers from what I thought was an English website and an English company. However they came from Italy and had to pay import tax which I was not aware of at the time of purchase. I paid approx £9 delivery at the time of ordering them. I had to pay nearly £80 import tax. Absolutely disgraceful. Definitely would not recommend to anyone based in the Uk.

Orders over 135 GBP may be subject to customs control at your destination with VAT and possible handling charges.”
We also show the following information when choosing the delivery option for the order:
