The wrong product was sent, but the customer service lady was lovely and very apologetic to resend the correct one and collect the wrong one. Then the Sam thing happened again! We received the wrong product again. Have now cancelled and they collected it, I await a refund. Shame as the product itself seemed good.

Delivered on time. I needed a few clamps to assemble the log store. Probably best with two people. Very pleased with the result.

Good sturdy log store but roof panel was broken on delivery I was able to fix it ,so did not both to inform supplier .suggest looking at how they pack roof

Great quality wood store. Fairly simple to assemble with good online instructions. Roof did arrive damaged in transit but was reshipped quickly with no quibble and we were able to get on with building the rest whilst we waited for the replacement. Would benefit from better packaging for long transit. Wood store appears of very strong construction.

Customer service was so helpful in getting the product to me in a timescales that worked.

Kit itself was excellent , well machined , made putting up simple .

I needed to save my clematis and as I already have a pergola from Rutland, I was pleased to seek their assistance once again. I could not have worked out the design and measurements without their patience and expertise.

The courier was asked to leave delivery at rear of house (as we were away on the delivery date) however it was all left at the front of the house.
In view of size of delivery and number of packages I am now having to pay someone to move it all to rear of house where the log store will be situated.
As we are in our mid 70s there is no way I can move it!
