I had lots of queries that needed to be answered before I could commit to buying and they were all answered in a friendly and professional manner.
Their advice enabled me to choose the correct pergola for my space and requirements.
The pergola was delivered on time and the product itself is quality.
I was initially hesitant to order a pergola online without actually seeing it but I would certainly order from Rutland County Garden Furniture again.

The very large woodstore arrived on time. Good communication with the carrier. We managed to put it together following the instructions and now looks like the website picture so very happy

I ordered a logstore from them. It arrived in good time, assembly was okay and it is now doing it's job very well.

The product is great and the service is excellent, I've not installed it yet as there are many ground works to be done first, but Rutland County Garden Furniture have supported me very well.

This companies after sales service is second to none. I had an issue with a wooden post which was not as expected so upon calling them they offered to send a new one almost without question. Very friendly when speaking with them and can't really do any better. After sales is when it matters. Would recommend every time

The quality of the log shed is excellent - really sturdy and well made. Delivery was quick & painless, particularly liked that the tracking updated with a more accurate time as the day went on, and the location of the driver is displayed.

Taking 1 star off for a few minor annoyances:

1. The instructions aren't included with the parts and require viewing / printing from a PDF. The instructions also had a different number of screws than what was provided (although what was provided was correct, it was the instructions that were wrong). Also, the screws came in a Sainsbury's sandwich bag, which does seem a little unprofessional.

2. The images on the instructions aren't that clear, so it can be a little tricky to see how exactly parts are meant to line up.

3. The gaps to slot the base into weren't quite wide enough on both sides, so needed a small adjustment to get it to slide in without sticking.

We are very pleased with our new log store. Seems very solid and well made. Delivery all went smoothly. We would definitely consider other products. Good value for money and cheaper than many others online.

I spoke with the service team who were super helpful re a few specifics I needed to know pre ordering. Delivered to schedule by a couple of v nice chaps who brought it all to the right spot. Emailed instructions to construct (you need 2 people) were clear and the store is very sturdy & attractive.
