Defective product with ZERO accountability

My experience with this company was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I received a defective part, and instead of taking responsibility, I was told I needed to return not only the faulty item but also a NIBCO P-trap that was cemented to it—something I didn’t even purchase from them. On top of that, I’m expected to pay for return shipping. That’s simply unacceptable. When a company sends a defective product, the burden should not fall on the customer to fix their mistake.

What made this even worse is that after dealing with this situation, I looked into their reviews and realized my experience is not unique. There seems to be a consistent pattern of poor customer service and lack of accountability.

I genuinely regret not checking reviews beforehand. I will not purchase anything from this company again, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before ordering. Based on my experience, this is not a business that stands behind its products or treats its customers fairly.

I bought a DISH tailgater pro on…

I bought a DISH tailgater pro on 12/18/2025 I used it one day and it stopped working. DISH tried to help me get it set up, but it would not come online. I sent them an email and they said I had to take it up with the manufacturer well the manufacturer of the tailgate King is out of business and there’s no way of getting a hold of anyone that works on him and they will not take it back, trying to get a hold of anybody at RV Parts country is a joke. The company is a joke. I will never buy nothing from them ever again I’m sure they probably knew that the company had gone our business and we’re probably just trying to get rid of the stock they had.

All Treats, no Tricks

It was easy to find the part I needed. Price was better than Camping World and Amazon. Shipping was quick and free. I was able to replace the broken part in 5 minutes.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

I should have read the reviews posted here before ordering. I ordered caulk that was so old you could barely squeeze it out of the tube. I complained that this was old stock and was told to send photos. I did although photos don't show much about dried out caulk. Then I was told that I had to return the tube which was kind of ridiculous. It would have cost more in shipping than the value of the product. I tossed it when it proved worthless. There was a lot of back and forth with customer service that went nowhere.

Not truthful company

I have never done business with any company that is so hard to communicate with. You can not talk to anyone directly. I placed an order and then tried to cancel within 26 hours because I had a medical issue that caused me to not need the order. I was told the order had been shipped when it hadn’t been shipped. I would definitely not do business with them again

Zero communication from this company

Zero communication from this company. I don't like dealing with a company that makes it totally impossible to talk to anybody.And doesn't give you any feedback whatsoever. I ordered several RV parts before the holidays and I got a quick email that they were refunding my money with no explanation and cancelling the order. When you call them, they tell you right on the phone.They're gonna disconnect you and to fill out a customer request which I did multiple times and never heard from anybody. I would never order from them again. If you're going to deal with online sales you need to have the people required to offer good customer support.

These guys owe me $$

On 7/19/2024 I ordered a Suburban SAW6D 6 Gallon Water Heater – their part # 726201-6279APW - for $457.30. I had an upcoming trip so I paid $209 for “expedited” shipping (total is $666.30). On 7/23/2024 I received an email from them stating “Unfortunately, this item (6279APW) is not available from the supplier at this time. We have canceled the order and processed a refund.” With this news I turned to Amazon, found the same unit, purchased it on 7/25/2024 and got it 7/30/2024. Two days later (8/1/2024) a Suburban SAW6D 6 Gallon Water Heater arrived from RVPartsCountry. I was out of town when the unit arrived and didn’t get back till 8/10/2024. On 8/11/2024 I initiated a return. They sent me the RMA paperwork and a label. On 8/13/2024 I went to UPS and shipped it back with their label properly affixed to the outside – paying an additional $114.26 to ship it. The box was all original – I never opened it. UPS states the package arrived on 8/19/2024 and was received by “Mike”. It is 9/14/2024 and I haven’t heard from them. I called the number they list on all the email communications and it is just a recording. They have insulated themselves from dealing with their customers. They owe me the $457.30 and in my opinion, they owe me the $209 for the “expedited” shipping that took 13 days (Amazon didn’t charge anything extra and got me the replacement in 5 days!). I initiated a complaint to the BBB which drew a response from them. They said “Please initiate an RMA request” and gave me the pdf forms that I already filled out and attached to the outside of the box.
At this point I have no other recourse than to simply let every potential customer of these crooks know what kind of people they are. Take your business elsewhere.

You sent me the wrong thing

You sent me the wrong thing. I wasn't even sure what it is, but Google lens thinks its a car door handle from a late 80's General Motors car. Nothing like the Norcold RV refrigerator Black Optical Control Overlay that I ordered (939717)

Do not buy from them!!! Terrible customer service. Ordered an ac unit and 6pin to 9 pin adapter. Ac came, no adapter. Couldn’t get a tracking number on either. Finally got a response about adapter , they didn’t have any. Then why was I able to order it? Or at least let me know it’s on back order. Terrible. I’ll never order another thing from them

ordered a roof A/C for 5th Wheel. Shipped in approximately three days and upon arrival, it was damaged severely. You can not contact a live person due to the time factor now involved. You cannot reach anyone by phone only through email.
I would suggest that if there is no way of reaching a representative of the company, don't do business with them. You can't even make a claim through UPS as the shipper has to do that. Not sure how long that process takes. The very worst part of this is that I am stranded and there is no real notable urgency on the part of the seller.

Easy, Great Price, and Fast Shipping

The ordering process was very easy. In addition, the prices are better than anything I could find online. And the best part is how quickly it was shipped and delivered. I will definitely be buying from RV Parts Country again.

Stealing

I paid for a dometic thermostar and never received my product. I tried contacting them and they make it didficult. I have not received a respose from anyo e at rv country. They ignored my complaints.
