RV Parts Country Avis 

The order was easy to place (I knew what I wanted) and delivery took 2, yes, 2 days from there to Michigan! Having it installed next week. I can't wait! Will report back on quality satisfaction later.

I ordered and paid for a new unit and the one I recieved was far from what I recieved..the rear of the shroud was broke and the front has places that’s been touched up.the rear pan has taken a hit and bent in.the fan won’t turn because the blades are scrubbing at the evaporator it looks like the motor mount are bent or out of line..

Order arrived on two different days but that was carrier not RVParts. RVParts has been exceptional so far. AC arrived friday night and wont honestly know anything about the unit itself until its ihopefully installed Monday by professional installers. It was well packaged and no obvious external damage to the inside box. Hopefully it will work fine when installed and will Definitely be using RVParts in the future. Wonderful service and prices cant be beat.

I received the unit in the requested time frame and everything looked great. but after installing the unit all it has done is blow warm or hot air. the box did not any signs tags or notes that it was an ac unit with Freon and it was delivered on its side. would this be the cause? I was ok with ordering the unit with dame cover damage that was very minimal. but the unit does not cool at all

I am exceptionally happy with this company delivery time was fast the price was perfect but I haven’t installed it yet. I will do a follow up review when I haven’t saw the air conditioner onto my camper.

I have made several purchases from RV Parts County and overall love them and their service. However in this case the air conditioner was severely damaged to the extend it is not operational. I have emailed the company about this and although it has only been 1 day, have not had a response from them.

I could not find exactly what I was looking for but I did find something that would work and the price was acceptable.

Fast shipment. Wasn’t expecting it so soon. I was waiting for an email for shipment, but it was already here. I didn’t inspect the rug closely, hopefully it’s okay.

RV Parts Country has great prices and fast shipping, however FedEx dropped the ball on delivery, Will trust RV Parts Country with my next order as well

Ordering process was easy. Not being able to call customer service is annoying. Part delivered but with FRAGILE THIS SIDE UP. Upside down! FedEx delivered ac unit upside down when markings on box were quite clear.

Ac unit arrived and box looked fine, but inside there were CLEAR signs of rough handling, floor pan of ac was tweaked and plastic condenser fan shroud has a broken mounting tab, I won't send unit back unless rv parts country wants to replace entire order taking care of freight both ways and expediting it. Ceiling panel box looked like ace ventura had played football with it, upon first inspection contents of box looked fine but when I got it installed I discovered that the fan switch had taken a direct HARD hit to the stem which broke the body of the switch. I was able to get switch back together enough to test unit operation, which thankfully is fine, But I hope seller is willing to expedite me a new fan switch as I have a trip coming up.

Ordered two Dometic A/C Shrouds on a Monday received it in two days. No visible damage on either item. All parts and instructions are in the boxes. Didn't receive any shipping or tracking numbers. Haven't had time to install them yet they do measure out the same size as the original shrouds.

Very pleased with the speedy service! The part was as described and had the best description on the website of what I was to get. I looked for the same part on several sites. Amazon had the part but wouldn't let me add the heating element and was vague as to if it was the AC unit that the heating element as an option. Very very pleased with my purchase and will be ordering all my RV parts from RV parts Country from now on.

If FedEx had followed my delivery instructions and set them a the side door of my garage it would have been nice.
MORE IMPORTANTLY not one box was sitting with "this side up". All were on there sides! No damage that I can see, yet. It just was a lack of respect.

The topper seems to be very good quality. The transaction was easy and seamless. The speed of shipping is impressive. Received the topper within 4 days of ordering. Extremely pleased!!!!

Everything was great, FedEx was a day late but that's not RV Parts Country fault

As Advertised and quick delivery. Fit was great and installed in less than 1 hour

Very disappointed on product condition. I realize that Scratch and Dent is just that cosmetic. This unit was HEAVILY damaged
Compressor was tilted due to base pan bent.
The evaporator fins were heavily damaged. The base pan was bent (arched) as to where the fan blades were wedged into the foam fan housing and would not rotate. If the unit had been started up the fan blades would have been destroyed. The foam enclosure for the condenser and cage fan was also separated where it was glued together. The shroud was cracked in three places, one large, which I expected. The evaporator mounting brackets were both bent and one screw had been ripped through the bracket hole therefore causing the entire evaporator to tilt and wobble easily hence the evaporator fan not able to turn.
The shipping box was crushed on all four corners and hand holds ripped out. This unit was obviously dropped several times (I suspect due to shipping) I cannot believe that your warehouse would intentionally ship a unit that would not Work At All as shipped.
I understand fully that scratch and Dent is supposed to be cosmetic BUT not destroyed and non operable. Very sad being a S & D that this unit is non returnable or refundable and will only be taken to the landfill being useless except maybe for a few parts.
TOTAL waste of money.
