RV Parts Country Avis 

The ordering process was very easy. In addition, the prices are better than anything I could find online. And the best part is how quickly it was shipped and delivered. I will definitely be buying from RV Parts Country again.

I paid for a dometic thermostar and never received my product. I tried contacting them and they make it didficult. I have not received a respose from anyo e at rv country. They ignored my complaints.

Never received my order. I think it was lost by FedEx, but who knows for sure? I can say that RV Parts Country never seemed particularly concerned about the matter. They provided a tracking number with the receipt for the "shipper," not even naming the company. Especially disappointing that you cannot speak to a live customer service rep. When you call the phone number on their website, a recorded voice advises you to communicate via email. I chose to file a claim with FedEx, later learning that only the shipper can do that (unless you have waiver from shipper). Seems like RV Parts Country would have known that and done this on my behalf, but they did not. My part was ordered on 9/13/3023, delivery estimated 9/18. My refund ultimately arrived 10/12/2023. It was a 12 volt RV water pump. Since it never arrived, I cannot comment on quality. I can say their pricing was the best I saw on the internet, although we're talking about $2-3 less than Amazon.

They helped me out greatly making sure of my wants and needs. Fast shipping.

Horrible experience, sent me demaged ac, denied to send me broken parts or refund for broken parts, denied to send me replacement unit, don't deal with them, waist of money and time. You want to say that you offered me a refund and repurchase it, but who is going to cover my installation fees and time I've spent with your horrible customer service? No phone, contact by email only. You will claim refund from the shipping company, refurbish the item and sell it again, you thinking about your money only, horrible business practice. SCAM, STAY AWAY

Best price online for item needed. Quick/free shipping is always a plus even though I paid extra for service as I was in a hurry. I have ordered from RV PARTS COUNTRY before with good results and will again when needed.

My biggest regret is that I didn't read these negative reviews before ordering.

I ordered a sun shade and ended up paying $25 for a terrible experience... no sun shade. THEY sent ME the wrong product. Their return policy doesn't cover shipping EVEN IF IT'S THEIR MISTAKE. So, it cost me $25 to return the incorrect item.

They then cancelled my order, instead of just sending the right product. They refunded the purchase price, but not my return shipping fee.

There is no contact phone number. The whole thing is via an online form.

Easy to find the parts I needed and they arrived in my mailbox quickly. Exactly the parts I needed,

I am happy with the price and efficiency of the company to get the product out the door and on the way to me. However, Fedex marked customer unavailable when i arranged to be home and my cameras prove they never stopped at my house and my package was delayed a few days and gave me the runaround. the delivery driver told me when they finally came that another driver dropped the ball and marked that for all his deliveries for 2 days causing issues.
I just opened the box to my A/C and found the cover was damaged/cracked.
i am glad i paid extra for insurance but i guess that will be determined with how the process goes to get a new cover...

This order was a very quick turnaround. I really appreciate the quickness that RV Parts Country received the order online, processed the order and shipped it out. I only hope that it's as easy to install as was the entire process.

Very good experience. Very fast, good price and shipped out replacement parts FedEx broke right away. Very pleased with this experience, except for FedEx.

The thermostat was the problem with the AC. Thank you so much for the quick delivery
