Incorrect awning sent
I received awning material that measures 13'2" and is Dune stripe Bordeaux. I measured per your instructions a 16' awning, Chocolate color. The order number on what I received is 1693697.001 My original order number is AB-213193. I need to receive the correct awning material

a slow website, costly fridge but super fast delivery, and in the end, that is all that matters!

Item was shipped and delivered very quickly. The part I ordered was correct and functioned properly. The only way the transaction could have been better is if there were a way to talk to somebody live. I wasn't SURE I ordered the right part, but all worked out well.

Great experience overall ! Our old unit lost its charge and the compressor locked up all caused by a small leak. We replaced the unit with one from RV Parts Country. The cost was more than reasonable, shipping was fast and no damage. The install took about 15 minutes with help from the next door neighbor. Cooling like it should. Couldedn't be more pleased. Thank you.

Over all a good experience. I only received tracking for one item, but the other parts arrived the next day. If you had a phone number that connected me to a person I would have given you 5 Stars. Not a big fan of your communication method.

We have not received our order of a refrigerator replacement for our travel trailer. What is the problem?

My CO/Propane monitor went out while we were camping July 4th week. I finally had to pull the fuse to keep it quite. Came back home and searched the internet for a new one. RV Parts Country had the best price of anybody I searched. They were quick to deliver. I have not installed yet but will soon

Product was delivered by ups on promised date .
The box was in terrible shape,after opening found the ac unit broken , bent ,and unusable. Obviously freight handlers fault.
Tried calling during business hours and received only a recording that then hung up with no option to speak.

shipped damage goods to me and won't pay to return parts. So you are stuck with parts that are no good. do not buy from this company. (by the way you can't talk to a person about problem just post on a site and they where you down (took 8 tries just to upload pictures)
