Your options for delivery are not workable. In areas like this, deliveries via USPS can ONLY be sent to a post office box. UPS, FEDEX, etc deliveries go ONLY to the physical address. Boxes have one zip code; physical locations have another. Go figure! Fortunately, this is Tiny Town, USA, and the guys at the post office looked up our box number, and held the package for me. Normally it would have been returned to you immediately. Please rethink your procedures. I am sure I am not the only RV owner in the Colorado Rockies with this issue. Why, off the top of my head I can think of at least a couple hundred right here at zip codes 81157, 81147, 811...

I received the ac in a few days and it appears to be in good order. I Haven’t yet installed it because I need a few more parts.

We needed to replace our AC unit. We went to Amazon first and they had what we needed in stock. We placed the order, waited for a week and on the day we were supposed to receive it, we got an email that it was undeliverable. We found RV Country the same day online, placed the order and got the unit 4 days later. Great experience!

I had several questions and they were answered right away. Easy to order. The part was perfect arrived quickly. Extremely pleased with the customer service.

Ordered two items, just what I wanted, and both within a week of ordering. However, each item came in separate deliveries, on different days, and neither had a copy of the order to indicate that it was a partial delivery. I had no idea whether or not a mistake was made when I received the first item. All's well now but it would have been nice to know when receiving the first item, that the second was on its way.
