RV Parts Country Avis 

Arrived a day later than predicted. Not really a big deal. The problem began looking at the cover. Nice label there says move the switch to select Lithium or lead acid battery, see manual for instructions. Read manual, NO reference to switch! Diligent search of the apparatus revealed a micro slide switch labeled "S-1” located on the circuit board deep in the bowels of the monster. Aargh! Fortunately a search of your website revealed an updated manual. Cold sweat wiped, switch position verified! Boo for shipping an out of date manual, cudos for having a current one readily accessible online! Now for the wind to die down so I can install it.

Just recieved the fan-tastic vent roof fan for my trailer conversion. Model number 2250. Very quick shipping time (5) days, package arrived in very good condition. Everything looked good on the inside, so now to see how it goes in. directions seem kind of vague so will see how it goes.

Had a replacement panel for a refrigerator that arrived in a padded bag in the corner was broken off of it absolutely no customer service just kept promising they would contact the manufacturer.

Order arrived in a timely manner. The box was not in original condition, it had water damage and had been re-taped closed. The contents were in good condition. Don’t know if it was a shipping company or if it was sent that way.

I ordered the unit according to model number. I was sent the wrong unit and distribution panel it’s been over a week I’ve been trying to get an RMA issued for it so I can get the proper air conditioner but your customer service is dismal! I run an RV repair business and this is detrimental to my reputation

While the price was good and shipping fast, the tube of dicor is leaking around the bent nasal
