The shipment was received fairly quickly and I am very pleased with this company. I will do business with them again. After researching prices, the price was better here than in other places.

my heater came in real fast and the best part was that the day after i install it we when testing to the track and it was very cold,my trailer was full of chairs and people staying out of the cold in my warm trailer,thanks

I ordered the following:
31011--36636 Atwood 31011 RV Carbon Monoxide and Propane Gas Detector - 12 Volt
The black LP detector is no longer available - you will receive white if you order this. : I understand that I will receive a white detector because the black is discontinued by Atwood.
Instead, I have received the SAFE-T-ALERT Carbon Monoxide and Gas Alarm Models 45-741 & 45-742. While it is a CO and gas alarm device, it is not the 31011--36636 Atwood 31011 RV Carbon Monoxide and Propane Gas Detector - 12 Volt and it is not WHITE. Am I to assume the Atwood model I ordered no longer is manufactured? If so, there should have been a clear explanation of this when I received the device.

RV Parts Country still had the exact item I was looking for. The price has gone up a bit since the last time I purchased from them but it was still the best deal on the internet.

What is best about this is that it is the same model and company that I originally had. The shipping seemed expensive since it came via the post office. Part took about as long as I figured it would and will fit right back into where the old on was.

Company cancelled my order. It's been over two weeks and I have not received a refund. I've reached out to the company several times and the only respose is that credit was issued...

Damage to plastic cover and bottom tray bent during shipping other than that very quick delivery. And price lower than manufacturers. I paid for shipping insurance not sure what I need to do to file claim.

I ordered a toilet about 6 weeks ago and sent an email asking for status a week ago. They said they would get back with me - still no word. The order was supposed to be here last week. You can't contact this company by phone (should have been a tip off I guess) so they have my $500 and I have nothing yet.
UPDATE: Now over 7 weeks and I just keep getting a run around. They say the company has to cancel the order (again?) and they are waiting. What the heck are they waiting for?

Cheapest price I could find! Other than a couple of things that went wrong with shipping (which was resolved), I finally received the A/C unit and it works perfect. Just what we needed for the upcoming hot weather season! I would recommend RV Parts Country for your RV needs. Thanks again, Wayne.

I received the wrong product: I ordered (5) 32oz. bottles of Thedford Aqua-Kem and received Thedford Aqua-Max instead

Was very happy with the website, the ordering process, and the final cost! However, when it came to packaging, I was disappointed to receive my part on a plastic bag instead of bubble wrapped inside an appropriate sized pasteboard box. The plastic bag was torn and it was obvious that it had received rough handling. I did not see any broken parts or bent/broken gear teeth, and I am hoping the part works well after installation!

I can't get an answer. When will the item ship?
