We received the order however, it was sent to 8 Benjamin Drive and not 2 Benjamin Drive.

Ordered the part for my windows and the entire process took no more than a few minutes. The price was far below what any other webite had it listed for. I received emails the entire step of the way and it was received very quickly.

Order received quickly and free shipping.

The overall experience was very positive and excellent price. A few minor issues: Never received any shipping confirmation, the package just showed up and the cover of the roof top AC unit was cracked when i opened the box to install the unit.

Everything arrived fairly quick and intact no damage. I had a few questions and they responded very quickly to each message I sent. The only thing that would have been better is if you could actually talk to a person but other then that I would buy from them again.

Was delighted to receive the AC cover. But I thought that the advertisement stated that the cover was built stronger than the original. This statement is very untrue. The cover was very flimsy and is priced way more than the materials used to fabricate it. Price should be more like $85 dollars instead of $150+. If I did not need one. I would have sent it back.

I ordered a water heater. Had a couple questions and customer service was easy to deal with.
The only issue and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the flange on the heater was bent in. The box was in pristine shape so I have to reason that it was bent when it was boxed up. I was able to straighten it and it fit fine installed. I would order from RV parts country again. Very pleasant experience dealing with them.

We received the two items within a week from the time we ordered them, and they were good quality. My only minor complaint is that I didn't received an email that the items were shipped. I would have then had an idea when I might expect delivery. I only received two emails: one when the order was place and a second asking me to confirm that I received the item.

Ordering was quick and easy, reliable! I requested my order to be expedited as a courtesy for my camper will go out that week and they did just that!! I am grateful! And their price was lower than Amazon.

Great product at a great price. If I had acted 30 days sooner it would have been an even greater price.

I was told there were superficial defects. However that was not the case. The cover was completely broken, and the metal base was bent severely. Furthermore, the fan was hitting the styrofoam shroud when I connected the ac unit. This is NOT just cosmetic damage!

I ordered a Dometic air conditioner and a thermastat for my RV. Although the shipment was super fast and no problems with my order, i have yet to receive an invoice for my purchase or any replies from their 0 customer sevice. I would not purchase from them again because nobody works in customer service, or at any of the phony phone numbers stated on their website. The two star rating is for the fast shipping.

Although I received to order fairly quickly, i never received any communication that my order had shipped and had to contact someone for a tracking number. Other than that, I’m pleased with the price and speed of shipping.

When I ordered the splendid soap powder the picture showed it would be 5lb box. When I received the package it was a 3lb bag. I was under the impression I was getting the 5lb box. Not to happy about that. But arrived promptly.
