I've been very pleased with the equipment, shipping times . The only issue I have is the fact I could not get a person to speak with me about the price before I made my purchase. I have purchased 6 Dometic Brisk II 13500 BTU AC UNITS & ADB's, 6 CCC2 CONTOLLERS & 2 ZONED TSTATS, 4 heat strips in less than a year. I had simply wanted to speak to a representative about " Price Matching" . These units are being installed on our trailers housing the Waste water treatment equipment platforms we design & build. The entire cost of my purchase for 3 13500 BTU Brisk II units, 3 ADB's, 3 CCC2 , 2 HEAT STRIPS, 1 ZONE TSTAT was priced to me for $463.00 less by another supplier, that is only if purchased all together. Due to time constraints at the time of my purchase you guys had everything in STOCK!!
We have multiple platforms still to build in the year 2022, meaning purchasing more of this same equipment.
Whether or not you guys could have priced match or not wasn't a problem, the fact I tried reaching out via Telephone and Email requesting to speak with a representative and simply got an email showing the online regular price.

The price was right,the service was great, I received it a day sooner than I expected. It was exactly what I wanted. Very happy!!!

Ordered (4) parts that website indicated were in-stock. Next day advised parts were on Nation wide back-order from manufacturer. Found all parts available at State Trailer Supply.com and ordered them. Tried to cancel order and asked for refund. Received (1) of (4) items in the mail, no packing slip to show items on back order or item shipped, etc.
Nearly 3 months later, RV Parts Country won't take phone calls to customer service, corresponds only via email and poorly at that, continues to resist restitution for items on back order or assist in my return of item received. I was forced to open a claim with PayPal and ask for their intervention.
With so many other great RV parts dealers out there, Camping World, State Trailer Supply, Vintage Trailer Supply.com, etc., why would anyone want to do business with RV PARTS COUNTRY?

Ordered a Coleman Mach 15k top unit only on May 12, Received it on May 17 as promise.

My purchase arrived quickly, and the price was very competitive. I shopped five web sites and only one was close to the RV Parts Country price and two of the sites were nearly two times the price for the identical item! I don't think there's a reason to purchase RV parts anywhere else after this experience.

Item arrived on time and in good condition.

Ordered the propane/CO detector and it arrived as promised. Because this is a limited life item (about two years, I’m told), I’d waited until spring to order it, so I was a little disappointed to see a manufacture date of October of the previous year. Otherwise, a satisfactory experience.

It came in an appropriate amount of time! And would of been perfect except, every lid had some signs of leakage. Not a lot but a little. I have not removed lids to see if the inside has been affected by the leak at all.
